Good place. The location is great, and everything was clean. There’s free parking available right in front of the property, although it depends on availability, which worked fine for us. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Vahan was always available to chat if I had any questions. Moreover, this place is a hub for creative people - you don’t find places like this everywhere! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Apartment on the suburb of Yerevan in a family house in a quiet quarter, upstairs, large space, separate entrance, terrace, well furnished. On the ground floor lives the host with his family. Friendly, nice people. The host is also a tourist guide, which is very helpful, he helps to design the program and eventually provides a transport with his car by request.

The place was very convenient and suitable for families. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

Me my family in total 12 people, had absolutely relaxing and comfortable stay and all amenities were provided. The host brother was in constant contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

It was good in general, it had all the cutlery and the necessities. The host was nice and very cooperative. The yard was big and good looking and we were comfortable.

This is a wonderful place! I wish I could live here. The swimming pool and gym are open every day (except Thursday for cleaning), and every Tuesday and Friday we can go to the Sauna or Hammam. We loved it so much that our 1-week stay became a 3-week stay! The location is great. The flat itself is very good, it contains everything you need, and it feels good to live in. There is a great view over Yerevan, the parliament and Ararat. I really want to come back here when we return to Yerevan!

An amazing apartment - fantastic central location, but with a lovely leafy quiet balcony at the back of the apartment. It is so well equipped, spacious, clean and very comfortable. I can't recommend it highly enough - a great find! Host was very responsive and helpful.

Nos quedamos una noche en Yoga home. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Alexsei fue comunicativo y André, quien nos recibió un genio. Nos explicó todo y además charlamos con un café de por medio. Muy amable. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. Hay dos baños compartidos también grandes y una cocina completa. Además jardín con vistas increíbles y una atmosfera muy interesante por la gente y talleres que se dan en la casa.

This was my favorite stay in Armenia, I only wish we were able to stay longer! The hosts are super kind and the space is so serene and peaceful. Take your time getting down the driveway as the road is unpaved, but the destination is worth it! One day I will definitely come back to this very special destination ✨💕

Beautiful and Comfortable Apartment The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was bright. We really loved this calm place and enjoyed our privacy during our one-month stay in busy Yerevan. The host was very friendly, always responsive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. The only challenge we faced was the parking situation—we didn’t receive a key for the barrier, so we couldn’t park close to the house. I'm happy to say that I’ll definitely return to this beautiful place on my next visit!

Great place to stay in, clean, comfortable and realy 36 seconds away from Cascade stairs

Araks was very nice and helpful, we had an opportunity to check-in earlier. The place matches the pictures and it’s right next to medical university in Yerevan, in the Center. Next to the place a lot of supermarkets and restaurants and shopping possibilities.

Sono pienamente soddisfatto di aver alloggiato in questo appartamento, che si trova in una zona tranquilla, con un comodo market alimentare vicinissimo e con la possibilità di arrivare in taxi in centro in soli 15 minuti. Ma quello che veramente mi è piaciuto ed ho apprezzato e la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Angelina. Questo appartamento gestito da Angelina lo consiglio senza esitazione.
