In addition to the bedroom with a bathroom, you will have access to a kitchen. All guests entering the property must be on the reservation, max 2 guests per room. Dogs are in the unit but are supervised in shared areas. Research the location before booking as it's not for everyone. No heating or A/C in the unit.

Nate is a super friendly host. I only spent one day but it was a pleasant experience. The bed is super comfortable. It has a nice garden. Some other renters during my stay are also scholars and it was fun to talk to them. I would certainly love to come back if I visit Berkeley next time.

The house is located in a very quite neighborhood and walking distance to BART station if you want to use public transport to San Francisco, SFO airport or Oakland airport etc. It is also on walking distance to Lake Merrit. In lake Merrit, many residents of Oakland enjoy walking around the lake. Gloria and Henry were the best hosts. I will recommend to friends and family to stay in their home. I will stay in my future trip to bay area.
