Another lovely stay in Braunton at Kelly's studio. Always a pleasure to stay here, at this property our third or fourth visit. It's our home from home when we visit Braunton. We will definitely be visiting again.

Mark was very helpful, supplying snacks milk and water, often check we had everything we needed and let us keep our bikes in his garage. so all in all a very pleasant experience.

This place is a gem, a perfect little getaway in a beautiful part of the country. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and very accurately described. The bed was very comfortable and the large wet room was perfect for my husband who has mobility issues. We were only there for one night but wished it could have been longer. The property is tucked away up a small hill just outside of the village, but it is only a 15-20 minute walk into the village, my husband managed it easily on his mobility scooter. It is easy to find as Fiona gave us detailed instructions how to get there. The property has a large driveway and parking is easy but best to reverse onto it to make it easier to exit. This was all explained before we arrived. I had a few questions before we travelled and messaged Fiona, she responded very quickly. Pretty Instow has several places to eat, we tried the Instow Arms as recommended by Fiona and we weren’t disappointed. Delicious food and great views.

What a beautiful holiday Chalet. Where do I start.. it’s a perfect setting for a peaceful break away. Instow Beach is just 2 mins walk away. Bridget has thought of everything in the chalet, the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are all fully equipped, everything is new and the Chalet is brilliantly laid out with high ceilings and velux windows. Such lovely light and airy rooms and it has under floor heating! excellent home from home x I will be looking to book it again very soon x well done Bridget, and thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.
