Beachfront vacation rentals in Yasmine Hammamet

What can I say….I almost don’t want to write my review and keep this ‘gem’ of a place well hidden from everyone, all for myself but that would be doing Jihed a terrible disservice. Jihed was the perfect host, as was the property the perfect property for my needs. I booked ‘very’ last minute and Jihed was ever so accommodating and we had great continuous communication, right up until my arrival, where he met me, showing me the apartment. The property itself is exactly as described, however, I don’t believe the photos show it to its full potential. Be assured its layout, tasteful interior and external roof top terrace is sublime. I enjoyed my sunset and sunrise yoga, relaxing whilst taking in the local atmosphere of Hammamet. Its location is great, a short walking distance from shops, cafes, eateries and also the main Medina of Hammamet. I had a car, easy to find and parking was great. I was a solo traveller and felt completely at ease during my stay. Can’t wait to return! Thanks J ?

Mehrez is an amazing host. He solved all my questions/requests on the same day. Also, on the first day of my stay, I asked him to install a cable for work (for the Internet, I needed a LAN cable). Mehrez made an additional hole in the wall on the same day and installed the cable into the apartment. Mehrez also helped organize a transfer from/to airport. The apartments are the best in Hammamet in terms of price/quality/location. Opposite the apartments there is a large hotel with an exit/entrance for employees, you cannot go through it to the beach. It is better to walk to the right to the central entrance, where they will let you in to the sea. And it is even better to go to the La Sirene restaurant and get drinks/food there (sun loungers with umbrellas are free). Nearby, I recommend cafe number 1 - I ROLL, number 2 - The Corner (right at the exit from the apartment), number 3 - The Chef by Boulehia. There is a laundry on the roof. Only moto noise from road was minus for me.

A lovely stay! Very peaceful, clean apartment with all your needed amenities. The building felt very safe even though it’s on the edge of town. Easy check in and Ghassen was so helpful and responsive to all my questions (having never travelled in Tunisia before!). He went out of his way to help. A great visit to Hammamet!

Wir (Paar mit Kind 4J.) waren eine Woche bei Alia zu Gast und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Appartement ist hübsch, stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt ruhig am Meer. Naila (Alias Mutter) wohnt im selben Haus, hat uns oft weitergeholfen und super Tipps zu allem Möglichen gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour d’une semaine. Le papa de Nadia nous a très bien accueilli et a été disponible. Espace privé apaisant et sécurisé. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité et plage à quelques minutes à pied.

Les quelques jours chez Sarah se sont très bien passés. L'appartement était propre, spacieux, avec tout ce qu'il faut. Sarah s'est montré arrangeante, réactive et sympathique :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Leila's beautiful beachfront house—a true piece of heaven perfect for a family retreat. The house, with its expansive garden and direct beach access, provided the ideal setting for us to unwind and spend quality time together. From the booking process to check-in and check-out, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The house is perfectly suited for families, including toddlers and elderly members, ensuring everyone is comfortable. We had read about Tarek in previous reviews, and his exceptional reputation was fully confirmed during our stay. He was always ready and eager to assist with anything we needed. Leila also connected us with a local lady, Sabeh, who was an incredible help. She not only kept the house spotless but also treated us to delicious home-cooked meals, making our stay even more special. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend Leila’s place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy time with family

Maison très agréable dans l'ensemble avec sa piscine le plus de la maison. Dans un quartier calme. A 15 min à pied de la plage et des commerces. Même si vous avez des petites soucis sur le logement a votre arrivée, Khadija fera le nécessaire pour le régler et dès le lendemain matin se sera régler. Je conseille ce logement vous y passerez de belles vacances.

Le logement est plùs que parfait. Un excellent qualité prix . Le logement était d' une propreté incroyable . Tout le confort et le nécessaire s'y trouve et la beauté de l' appartement dépasse les photos présentées. La chambre à coucher avec ce magnifique plafond est d' une beauté. La literie super confortable. À part aller faire quelques courses on a besoin de rien puisque tout est présent dans l' appartement. Belle piscine bien entretenue , tout est parfait Daly est d' une gentillesse et très réactif. Il nous a laissé des bouteilles d'eau et du jus pour les enfants pour nous rafraîchir.Nous avons tout fait à pied et le voisinage est super sympa. Le voisin nous a même ramener avec sa voiture aux courses pour nous montrer l' endroit . Nous avons aussi apprécié le quartier et la communication avec les locaux qui sont tellement gentils. Ce sera sans hésitation que nous reviendrons dans ce logement qui bat tous les prix de location niveau qualité ☺️

Wow had a 12 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Everything was as described and the host very responsive and helpful. Bed were so comfy the tvs worked. I loved the 2 bathrooms with a great working hot shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. I couldn’t recommend this place enough thank you for having us 😁

Maison agréable, bien située en bord de mer avec une vue imprenable sur celle ci. Fidèle à l’annonce, hôte disponible, l’endroit idéal pour des vacances.

Bel appartement au calme proche de tous les commerces et activités. Petit bémol pour les ustensiles et couverts de cuisine qui mériteraient d’être renouvelés, cela rendrait l’expérience encore plus confortable !

Un superbe logement avec une superbe vue sur la plage appartement très propre et la communication avec  Boutheina était superbe Elle était aux petits soins je recommande fortement allez-y les yeux fermés.

J'ai adoré la décoration de cette villa, typiquement tunisienne et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. La maison bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel, directement sur la plage. L'hôte a été très réactif et a rapidement réglé un petit problème de plomberie, ce qui est appréciable. Seuls petits bémols : deux des chambres n'ont pas de fenêtres (mais disposent d'une aération), et les matelas une personne sont un peu durs à mon goût.

Excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Souheil, l'emplacement est top , piscine propre, les enfants se sont éclatés, franchement rien à dire. Nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine inchallah !

We needed a place to stay in Hammamet for the weekend and didn’t want a hotel. This place was really a great choice. The owner is very welcoming, helpful, and flexible. There was no problem arranging anything. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, located right on the edge of the medina, with everything within walking distance. There’s a lovely terrace with a sea view, yet the place is quiet. Free parking is available around the corner. We’ll be very happy to come back here again.

Yet another stay in one of fethi lovely apartments. He is extremely helpful and at hand at anytime if you need anything. Will always return if staying in hammamet
