We're located in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula, 10 minutes to the beach, and less than 5 minutes to some of the best wineries in the region. Our property backs on to Arthurs Seat State Forest providing numerous opportunities for bushwalking and mountain bike riding at your doorstep. Our unique off-grid Tiny House provides the perfect place to relax, explore, and refresh.

With kitchenette + own bathroom + loft style bed, it has everything you need for a special night away. Including a fire pit + outdoor dining space, along with wood heater inside it's perfect for all seasons. Breakfast of hand gathered eggs, bread, milk supplied for Fri - Sun stays. Loft bed is up a ladder. We do have peacocks, dogs, mini goats, + poultry on the property.
