Vacation rentals with breakfast in Yarra River

Gresilda’s place was perfect for our ten day stay. It had everything required and more!! Thank you so much for hosting us and your generosity Gresilda.

We stay at a lit of Airbnbs and every now and then one will stand out due to the personal touches. We had fresh fruit, 6 large double yoked eggs, bread,milk, butter and the most beautiful fresh cut flowers. The house itself is like being at home. We called it the Tardis as it looked compact from the outside but was huge inside. James was very arrentative and obviously rightly proud of the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We spent two months in Lorraine's property and loved every minute. There was everything we needed, Lorraine was very helpful, always responding quickly to any problems and resolving things for us. Lorraine is friendly and the house is exactly as in the photos and in a very quiet location. We had hired a car so the shops were easily accessible and the Frog Hollow reserve was very close by. Lorraine had prepared all the information we needed and we will definitely be hoping to return on our next visit to Australia. Thank you Lorraine and hope to see you again.

Great little place. Easy instructions, easy to find, super close to tram into Fitzroy. A really nice place to stay over.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The little house was spotlessly clean and the surrounding bush and gardens were absolutely lovely! We loved the feeling of being immersed in nature even when we were tucked inside the house. We enjoyed sitting in the living area with a nice slow burning fire going and looking out to the magnificent giant gum trees and watching them sway in the breeze. It was actually soul soothing! The house was an achievable walking distance into Olinda which was great not having to find a car park. Also walking distance to the Botanical Gardens. Thanks Emma, for a great little getaway! We feel refreshed and rebooted!

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Jacki’s home is truly something special. From the moment we arrived, we felt the love and care she puts into every corner of the house. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and full of magic, the kind of place that stays with you. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared, and the little touches (like the food she left for us!) made us feel so welcomed. We left feeling full of gratitude and completely recharged. Thank you, Jacki, we hope to come back one day!

Peta's place was ideal for a relaxed weekend getaway in the Yarra Ranges, the bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen well appointed and the fire place was welcome on a cool night. We loved everything about this place and would eagerly come back and stay again.

My partner and I stayed for the weekend and had such a fabulous time. The apartment was spotless and in a perfect location right next to brunswick street. Definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely fantastic stay. The welcome was up there with the best I ever had. Deb’s husband graciously welcomed us and was flexible about our timing. The position is second to none. Although being right in the heart of restaurants , cafes and walking distance to the beach, it was quiet. We were welcomed with champagne, chips and chocolates and plenty to make breakfast the next morning. The kitchen is perfectly appointed for those who like to cook. Also a myky card - which is super helpful (don’t forget not to leave it in the red!) We felt able to contact our hosts at anytime. All round great stay.

We absolutely loved staying at Michael & Jenny’s place. We chose based on previous reviews and photos and everything was just as we hoped it would be and more. Lainie helped with any questions we had and also made checking in and out so easy. We will definitely use their apartment when in Melbourne again! The location, the cleanliness and a real sense of home while away made us be able to fully relax throughout our entire stay.

We loved staying at Michelle’s place. Michele made check in very easy for us and was flexible when it came to check out. Her place was at a great spot about 2 minute walk to a tram which you could catch into the city in 25 minutes. Thanks Michelle!

Nicola’s house is set in a beautiful well cared for garden! The house is as beautiful as the garden! Nicola was a very responsive host who left us an extremely well stocked kitchen! Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us Nicola!

We loved our stay at Michelle’s. This place is 5stars, beautiful touches of thoughtful items for guests, condiments, oils and a stocked pantry of useful items for cooking, beautiful crockery and fluffy towels. The bed is super comfy, couch and sitting area was great to relax after day exploring, working etc. University just around corner and work space perfect to catch up on study, work etc. Walking distance and easy access to the city centre and Queen Victoria markets We will be back and recommend this place to couples when they are in Melbourne. Michelle thinks of the guest experience at all times, with so many nice/thoughtful items. Thanks Michelle for hosting us. Beautiful place.

We loved our 3 night stay at this beautiful, cosy, warm loft-style apartment in vibrant Armadale. Close to fantastic cafes, restaurants and shopping. Our host also generously provided some yummy food items too. One standout feature was the log fire. We would definitely return to this lovely property.

Really beautiful little apartment and very reasonably priced. Well decorated and minimalist without feeling sterile. The only thing we found a bit annoying was the key pick up and drop off. If you have a car you can't get down to the carpark without the swipe (only ground floor) so then you have to wait for the store to open to drop the key off and hard to find a park near the shop to drop off, meaning I was a bit late to my morning appointment. I'm sure the host would have helped to find a solution if we had reached out. Overall though was perfect for our needs, loved the cafe right downstairs, would stay again.

We loved it, brought our small dog. Fantastic place to stay, Valerie was very helpful and the house was well stocked with some food and drink staples which was much appreciated. The neighbours were very friendly.

Our stay at The Maples was amazing! The garden was stunning, the property was immaculate and very spacious, and Gillian and Bruce were so thoughtful, generous and easy to communicate with! We couldn’t recommend it enough. Thank you Gillian and Bruce for making the weekend of our wedding so beautiful and memorable! We’d love to come back.

Carole and John went out of their way to make our weekend away special and relaxing. We had a wonderful breakfast hamper supplied to us, along with some birthday treats for my partner, chocolates on the pillows, and a cosy fire already lit when we got there. The accommodation was spotless and really comfortable, with a shower that you could’ve spent hours in if we weren’t being conscious of water use for their water tanks. The gardens are beautifully kept, with 12 acres to stroll around and a picnic basket ready for you to find a perfect hideaway with. Carole and John were so accommodating and lovely. All in all, it’s perfect for a romantic and relaxing weekend away in nature.

Was a fantastic stay and one we wish was longer.. so peaceful and serene views. The hospitality was fantastic and so generous in supplies for hot drinks and breakfast. Split systems in each room kept us all cozy and the views were beautiful.

My husband, myself and our 4 adult children stayed at Lavender Farm. When first arriving we were greeted by their friendly dogs. Jacky had made a delicious cake and fresh bread plus farm fresh eggs and bacon ready for breakfast the next morning. It made us feel right at home. The farm is beautiful as is the accommodation. Tony (the host) was very friendly and helpful. The town itself has everything you need. Healesville is a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend Lavender Farm.
