Just beyond the garden is a forest where deer and pheasants roam, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The living room step onto a covered tile deck and enjoy the private garden.

This is a B&B. There is one single bed(195×100 cm). If two people are staying, the extra person will sleep on a futon. Futons are Japanese-style mattresses. Please note that they are not available in the winter. My house is very cold during winter. I can pick you up at Fujikyuko Line Tsuru Bunka Daigaku mae Station and Chuo-do Tsuru bus stop.　It takes about 30 minutes by train from here to Kawaguchiko Station. *Hakone is very far from here.

She calls herself “the mountain witch of chikahagi.” Mom has been renovating this 150 year old minka (Japanese house) for the last 30 years. So many local people love this place. It took us another year to open it as bed and breakfast.  We will welcome you like you are part of our family from the bottom of our heart.
