We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. The property itself is spacious, with wide, open areas perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The outdoor space with the pool and the bar space upstairs (we didn’t use the bar but it is available if needed) were the highlight. Ebru, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive, always making sure we had everything we needed - friendly, attentive, and always available, she made our experience even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Natali, who assisted us throughout our stay! Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended

Magnifique séjour dans la maison de Selma, grande, belle, très bien décorée et très agréable à vivre : ombre, piscine, terrasses, vue magnifique et environnement calme. La maison est très proche du centre ville mais le chemin est très raide. Nous recommandons cette maison !

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

Beautiful Villa with Incredible Views! We had an amazing stay at this stunning villa — every bedroom had breathtaking sea views! It's in a perfect location near Bodrum town centre, with great shops, restaurants, and beach bars nearby. The beds were super comfortable with quality linens, and we loved using the sauna and steam room. Melis was very helpful, and Muzzo and his wife were so kind and welcoming. A perfect place to relax and just be — highly recommended!

Great host and communication. Beautiful house, honestly better than the pictures. Difficult to reach like most other places in Bodrum, recommend to rent a car.

Evdeki konaklamamız gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Ev fotoğraflardan bile daha güzeldi, tertemizdi ve her detay düşünülmüştü. Her şey çok rahattı, 4 gün 6 kişi kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Konum olarak merkezde olmasa da -ki bu evi daha özel ve sessiz yapıyor. buna bayıldık- Onur Bey ve Şengül Hanım’ın önerdiği taksi yönlendirmeleri sayesinde her yere çok kolay ulaştık, bu konuda hiç zorlanmadık. Her konuda inanılmaz ilgiliydiler. Ne zaman bir sorumuz olsa hemen yanıtladılar, ulaşım, market, restoran gibi konularda çok yardımcı oldular ve tatil boyunca kendimizi güvende ve iyi hissetmemizi sağladılar. Bir sonraki konaklamamızı planlamak için sabırsızlanıyoruz🙏🏻

Ev resimlerde göründüğü gibi, ev sahibi gayet ilgili, köy huzurlu ve sesiz, yeni misafir agırlamaya başladıkları için bir kaç eksik vardı tabikide, genel anlamda cok memnun kaldık, bizim için asıl olan bir daha tercih edermiyiz dedik evet ederiz.iyi bir tatil için huzur dereköy

Mit den Infos die Mari uns vorab geschickt hat haben wir die Unterkunft sehr gut gefunden. Die Villa liegt in einer Ruhigen Straße und wir haben immer einen Parkplatz direkt davor gefunden. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Kleinere Geschäfte und den Strand kann man über Treppen zu Fuß erreichen. Besonders geliebt haben wir die Aussicht auf Kos und den Pool. Auch der Lokale Strand ist sehr schön. Ins Stadtzentrum von Turgutreis sind es mit dem Auto wenige Minuten. Dort gibt es größere Lebensmittel Geschäfte und viel Auswahl bei Restaurants. Die Aussicht auf die Inseln dort zählt zu den schönsten in der Ägais. Sie Kommunikation mit Mari war Klasse, immer schnell, hilfreich und super nett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

It is an amazing place! The only thing I'm sad about it's that we had so little time to enjoy the house. it's bonkers what you paid in exchange of the service provided by Ali. He was always respectful and helpful, even got us a taxi from the airport to the place! would rent again if ever in Bodrum in the future!

Ayşegül Hanım'ın evi gerçekten fotoğraflardaki gibiydi, çok güzel manzaralı ve sabah 10 dan itibaren gölge bir balkon, tertemiz ve her aradığınızı bulduğunuz eşyalar, çok nefis bir plaj. Ayşegül Hanım'ın anne babası Şehriban Hanım ve Oğuz Bey de alt katta kalıyorlar ve çok ilgililer, çok tatlı insanlar, bize nefis ikramlarda bulundular. Çok güzel bir tatildi, çok memnun kaldık.

Unser Aufenthalt, als Familie mit zwei Kindern, in dieser Villa war einfach fantastisch! Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Urlaub benötigt. Der Meerblick von der Terrasse/dem Garten ist wirklich beeindruckend und hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue begeistert. Die Villa liegt in einer gated community, was uns ein zusätzliches Gefühl von Sicherheit gegeben hat. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und gepflegt, ideal zum Entspannen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an den Vermieter, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Er hat uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Seine Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht; ein perfekter Vermieter!!! Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Huzurlu sakin tam anlamıyla kafa dinlediğimiz bir tatil oldu. Rafet bey her an ulaşılabilir ve nazikti. Ailecek inanılmaz keyif aldık.

Ev gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Bahçe çok keyifliydi. Cengiz Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Gezilecek, yemek yenilecek ve denize girilecek yerler hakkında çok faydalı bilgiler verdi. Sayesinde iki kişi ve köpeğimizle çok keyifli bir 10 gün geçirdik.

Ev fotoğraflardakinden daha güzeldi. Temizdi. Sertaç bey çok ilgiliydi. Üstelik televizyon da geldi. Mutfaktaki gereçler gayet yeterliydi.

Aslı Hanım’ın villasından çok memnun kaldık, kendisi giriş konusunda bize esneklik sağladı, sorularımıza çok hızlı geri dönüş yaptı. Villanın temizlik hususunda da bir problemi yoktu.

The house is beautiful. Well maintained garden and useful amenities. Tolga is a great host and whenever we needed something he was there for us. He was flexible for both check-in and check-out. Great recommendations in the area. Location wise it is in a quiet and less touristy location in the Bodrum peninsula. Akyarlar offers calm beaches for different wind directions which can be quite handy with small children. On and off-season very recommendable house.

Sadece iki tane sorun var ve bunların kiralama öncesi göz önünde bulundurulması gerekiyor. - Elektrikle alakalı sorunlar var. Arada kesintiler ve bazı prizlerin çalışmaması gibi durumlar olabiliyor. - Site havuzu küçük, sıcak ve temiz değildi. Sorunlar direkt evle alakalı sorunlar değildi. Bunlar haricinde gerçekten çok güzel bir deneyim oldu. Gerek mangalıyla, gerek ev içinde sağlanan olanaklarla çok memnun kaldık. Yusuf beye tekrardan çok teşekkürler 🙏

Настоящий оазис тишины и умиротворения в сердце бурлящего курорта. Днём можно пить чай в тени деревьев в компании с дружелюбными и общительными котами. Вечером можно сидеть на балконе среди лимонного сада. Совсем рядом находится мечеть, поэтому утром вас разбудит призыв к утренней молитве. Комнаты оформлены со вкусом. Современный стиль сочетается с винтажной мебелью. До марины Бодрума идти пару минут. До большого супермаркета Migros идти минут 10. Вокруг много ресторанов и кафе на разный вкус и кошелёк - от фастфуда до фьюжн-кухни. Хозяева - очень приветливые и милые люди.
