I recommend it to those who are looking for a peaceful and beautiful holiday in the most tranquil parts of Bodrum. Ms. Gamze took care of everything one by one. She shared a very professional document and includes everything with us. He responded very quickly when I had questions though. The view and calmness of the house was my favorite part. A spotless home with everything we needed. We highly recommend Ms. Gamze's house.

Stunning apartment in the heart of Bodrum. Very convenient location - it took us just 5 minutes walking to get to the sea and all restaurants and shops however you're still far from the streets which might be noisy at night. Views from the second flour are gorgeous. You can enjoy sunsets watching a harbour and Bodrum castle. Apartment was very clean with all necessary kitchen amentities to prepare breakfast/lunch/dinner. Aydan was very helpful, recommended some city spots and restaurants. He also was very kind to organize for us a transfer to airport. We would be happy to stay at Ayhan's place again.

It is a paradise of 3 villas among the citrus trees. - The pool is really gorgeous - even bigger than the ones in the photo. 150cm deep. - You are completely surrounded by nature. It's green everywhere. It was very nice to lie in the hammock and watch the nature. - Walking distance to places such as supermarket, bakery, butcher You can take care of all your needs within 5-10 minutes by car. You can reach Kadıkalesi Public Beach with a 15-minute walk from the house. - Mr. Emre, Mr. Raşit and Ms. Nurten were very helpful. - The homes have everything you could need. (Microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.) I would like to point out as the points that need to be improved: - The beds in the houses are a bit old. I would like to point out that we are not very comfortable. - A little more care can be taken about hygiene. - At least one of the houses would have been nice to have an oven. In a nutshell, we are very happy. We started making plans to come in the coming years.

The house is beautiful. Well maintained garden and useful amenities. Tolga is a great host and whenever we needed something he was there for us. He was flexible for both check-in and check-out. Great recommendations in the area. Location wise it is in a quiet and less touristy location in the Bodrum peninsula. Akyarlar offers calm beaches for different wind directions which can be quite handy with small children. On and off-season very recommendable house.

This year, we stayed at Mr. Mahir's house like last year. Her mother Ms. Nesrin greeted us at the door and even brewed our tea before she arrived. I had the opportunity to have a very enjoyable holiday with my family. This is a place where you can feel like at home. The fact that the complex has a beach amenity for its own use (you need to go down some stairs, you can go half of it with your vehicle if you wish), and its own private pier allows you to meet very clean and clear waters. Thank you for everything, it will be our first choice again next year.

The view from the house is beautiful and well worth staying at a place a little away from the center of Bodrum. It is about a 30 minutes walk down to the beach, or a quick taxi ride back up. The house itself was very clean, organized and we were able to relax. Our host Zeki was very friendly and helped us throughout the stay and making sure we had everything we need. It was really helpful that he helped us call taxi to the house as well. If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet place to stay with a stunning view of the town of Bodrum, highly recommend!!

The accommodation was really nice. Both Emel and Mr Recep were very helpful during our stay and were the perfect hosts. If you don't mind travelling from the Villa to the City Centre, this is the best spot for you. It's a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood for the ultimate recovery and relaxation holiday.

The house was very nice, all 4 rooms were spacious and very nice, they all had their own bathrooms and even the linens smelled good, the host Mr. Güven was also very caring, he was very helpful, if we want to stay in Türkbükü again, we will definitely rent this house again.

This summer, I rented this wonderful 4-bedroom house with my family and had an excellent experience. The house has its own private garage.The house was very clean and had all kinds of equipment. There were 4 rooms in the house, all of which were air-conditioned, and there were a total of 5 air conditioners, including 1 in the living room. You can easily connect to the wifi network from every room in the house. The internet was powerful and very fast. The pool was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The location was very nice, very close to the beach and the city center. The house has a view of the pool, sea, and islands 24/7. I really enjoyed the garden and the spacious interior of the house. The homeowner, Mr. Ömer, and the caretaker, Mr. Erdoğan, were extremely attentive, kind, and helpful. They were in constant communication with us and greeted us before we entered the house. We are very grateful for this wonderful stay.

We spent three days at Mr. Ercan's house, a total of four people came to the house when we first arrived, Ms. Haşa greeted us and introduced us to the house, she was very friendly and helpful, and we saw the sincerity that we could reach her in everything. Our neighbors in the site were very friendly and helpful, and we are very happy to meet them. The house is very clean, very tidy, and you will find everything you need, a house has all the essentials, you only need to buy the food or drink you will make. In addition, the location of the house has its own coastal areas within a 2-minute walk to the sea and the pool of the compound is just as beautiful . Apart from that, Ms. Bati also responded quickly every time we called and helped us with all our needs. We enjoyed the days and time we very much plan to come back.

The house is very nice and the pool and garden are very pleasant. The house is located 3-4 minutes from the center of Gundogan. An active road passes in front of the house, sometimes the sounds of vehicles can be disturbing, in addition, the house is about 20-25 stairs, and I find it useful for future people to know this. In summary, the entire house and garden are very pleasant and comfortable. The proximity to the center and the sea is very nice. Same as in the photos.

We felt very comfortable in the villa of the Menges-Weber family. The location is perfect between Turutreis and Gümüslük on the hillside with fantastic sunsets. The villa leaves nothing to be desired. The pool was a great refreshment in the hot temperatures. The approach to the villa is, as is typical everywhere in Turkey, over very poorly tarred roads. However, since we knew this in advance, it didn't really bother us. All in all a very nice and relaxing vacation, we will definitely come back! We stayed as a family to spend the holiday. The house was super clean and new. Mr. Fikret thought of even the finest details. Apart from the fact that there was everything from the filter coffee maker in the kitchen, the basic food items were also waiting. There was everything you could think at home. It has a parking lot where you can park your car, and the pool. The house is in a location where you can have a peaceful and enjoyable holiday away from the crowds of Bodrum, offering full privacy. On the one hand, you can get to the bus station and on the other hand, you can drive to Yali farm beach in less than 10 minutes. There are grocery stores that can meet all your needs such as Migros, A101 within walking distance. You can go to the center of Bodrum in about 15-20 minutes. We were very satisfied with everything and would definitely recommend it.

It was a peaceful and calm holiday where we fully relax. Mr. Rafet was reachable and kind at any time. We enjoyed the family incredibly.

It is an amazing place! The only thing I'm sad about it's that we had so little time to enjoy the house. it's bonkers what you paid in exchange of the service provided by Ali. He was always respectful and helpful, even got us a taxi from the airport to the place! would rent again if ever in Bodrum in the future!

We stayed 1 week at the villa Salmakis villa and it was a pleasant stay. The house is well built, well equipped with a large swimming pool. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is not too far from Turgutreis and Bodrum, very easy to access by car. The staff are always attentive and very responsive. If I had to do it again, I'd take the same villa.

Ms. Ayşegül's house was really like in the photos, with a very nice view and a shaded balcony from 10am, immaculate and everything you find, a very delicious beach. Ms. Ayşegül's parents, Ms. Şehriban and Mr. Oğuz, are also staying downstairs and are very interested, very sweet people, they gave us delicious treats. It was a very nice holiday, we are very satisfied.
