Tourist attractions such as the Climate House, Emigration Center & Fishing Harbor can be quickly reached on foot or by bus in bad weather. Vacation rental Alte Siedlung 74 m²

The vacation rental is located in Midlum, a district of the municipality of Wurster Nordseeküste. About 800 m from the town center, the old settlement with 14 houses was built in the 1950s. The place is on the 2nd floor and is 74 m². Bikes can be parked in a lockable room. Due to the central location between Bremerhaven (25 km), Cuxhaven (16 km) and the proximity to the coast, e.g. Dorum Neufeld (9 km), the apartment is the ideal starting point for all day trippers.

Enjoy your vacation in this quiet and comfortable accommodation. Linen and towels are provided. The visitor's tax (including entrance to Cuxhaven beach) is not included in the nightly price and must be paid on site to the landlord. The stylishly landscaped garden and terrace are available Sun loungers, garden furniture and a gas grill are provided. There is a very nice bike path (5.5 km) through the fields to the coast. Suitable for time off (monthly discount).

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
