Our apartment is on the 2nd floor of our own home. You have your own entrance via a separate external staircase. A parking space right in front of the house. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished, just the way we like it. Except for our very cozy kitchen chairs (!), everything is new! Built in 2024, this house is very quiet on a 4200 sqm lake. The 10,000-square-meter property is equipped with fruit trees and berry bushes and invites you to snack and for the children to romp around. You can swim, grill, make campfires, relax on the terrace or simply unwind. Fishing and horseback riding by appointment. Golf course 11 km away. Both houses (together with "Exclusive House on the Lake") can also be booked. Then there is room for 12 people

Our cozy vacation home is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A Netto supermarket is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk away. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.
