The idyllic fenced garden is at our guests' disposal, cycle paths and hiking trails start directly at the house.

Surrounded by streams, biotope and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modern restored mill property in Bauhaus style with proximity to the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with a sauna, hot tub, sun loungers and fireplace. From the bathroom/shower you have a direct view of the mill's waterfall.

The apartment also has a new 22 m² roof terrace/sun terrace with 1 table & 4 chairs as well as an idyllic view of the countryside. The house is situated in rural and quiet surroundings - time to switch off & enjoy!

The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. The apartment is about 50 meters from the sea, with balcony, side sea view. The main entrance to the house is on the west side. Are you looking for an idyllic accommodation on Lake Steinhude? Then this is the place for you. Our vacation home Südufer 61 is right by the water and has its own jetty. Built in the 1960s, the beach house was lovingly renovated in 2021/2022 and is now looking forward to great guests.
