The kitchen and bathroom are functionally equipped; a vacation like staying with friends – “perfectly imperfect” and ideal for couples or groups of three. Just a few minutes away by BIKE, you can reach the bakery, linen factory, swimming island, promenade, boat rentals, cafes & restaurants. Studio167 is a tasteful studio apartment in the lively trendy district. With separate access, it is quietly located overlooking the green backyard and was completed in 2018. Tailored to a discerning trade fair guest and up to two city travelers, it offers a well-equipped kitchen, thoughtful storage space, double bed & a shower room. It is in the immediate vicinity of the university, the Herrenhausen Gardens and a 3-minute walk to the U6, which takes you to the fair without changing trains.

Apartment in a quiet location on Lake Steinhude

Welcome directly at the Steinhuder Meer in a very quiet location. The apartment with separate entrance offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large shower with separate toilet and a private sauna. The accommodation is located directly on the circular path around the Steinhuder Meer. A public access to the lake is 400m away. Here you can get started with our SUPs. With our bikes you can reach Steinhude in 15 minutes. There is enough space for 2 adults and 1-2 children. We have 2 big dogs.

“steinbhude_am_meer” (Insta) The modern tiny house is located on the Steinhuder Meer, not far from the Badeinsel (about a 3-minute walk) and directly on the circular hiking trail. It has a beautifully landscaped garden, which invites you to relax, play, barbecue and much more on over 300 square meters and is available for exclusive use. The promenade is a 10-minute walk. There are numerous bars and restaurants directly on the sea. Boat and bike rentals can also be found there

Our bright and beautiful house with an award-winning garden and private swimming pool is located directly in Hanover. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table and a spacious living room with a large sofa area can be used as an extra bedroom. Enjoy the idyllic location and be in 15 minutes by tram at the main station. Supermarkets and bakers only a few minutes away. Parkingplaces at any time available.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.

Gartenglück Steinhude - Hazelnut apartment

Our lovingly renovated 100-year-old house is centrally located in Steinhude, but quietly on a side street. In a cozy apartment and in the natural garden there is space to be alone and to unwind. Shopping and breakfast options, public transport and a beautiful playground are only a 3-minute walk away, to the water 7 minutes, to the swimming island 15 minutes. There are many excursion opportunities in and around Steinhude, even in bad weather.

Also, the center of the city Wunsorf can easily be reach by a walk. A big grocery store is 200 m away. From the small balcony the sunset can be enjoyed.
