Surrounded by streams, biotope and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modern restored mill property in Bauhaus style with proximity to the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. The historic mill cellar has been converted into a spa with a sauna, hot tub, sun loungers and fireplace. From the bathroom/shower you have a direct view of the mill's waterfall.

The 54 sqm centrally located apartment is cozily-rustically furnished and has a large south-facing balcony, two flat-screen TVs (each in the living room and bedroom), a sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi and an underground parking space (both free of charge). The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped incl. Microwave, coffee maker (Tchibo Cafissimo), fridge and much more. Towels, linens, hair dryer are provided. In addition, there is an in-house free pool and sauna (€1 each 20 minutes).

Relax in our very quietly located family-family-friendly house on Steinhuder Meer. Enjoy the terrace, the large garden, the sauna or from May 20 to September 20 the pool. For nearby experiences, three bikes are available. The house has on the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.8 m wide) and another bedroom with two double beds (1.4 m and 1.6 m wide each). In the basement there is a third room with a sofa bed (1.4 m wide). A crib is available if needed.

Then simply let yourself go in the cosy four walls of the holiday park on the Steinhuder Meer. The flat consists of a living room/bedroom with a cosy 160x200 queen-size bed. There is also a 120x200 sofa bed for a third person or children. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and is complemented by a small dining table.

Our Romantic Wooden Lodge has been created with an eye for detail to offer you a warm and cosy atmosphere in a wonderful woodland surrounding. Depending on the season you have the choice to swim, to enjoy the sauna, or just chill sitting by the cosy wood burning stove in the lodge. Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.

Forget your worries – This quiet, detached house invites you to have breakfast on the terrace with a wide view over fields, forests and lots of greenery. Perfect for a vacation or a weekend for two. For cold days or cozy evenings, a private sauna and a wood-burning tiled stove are available. Shopping is within walking distance, as well as many beautiful hiking and forest trails.

The apartment is about 50 meters from the sea, with balcony, side sea view. The main entrance to the house is on the west side.
