Rosalia and her husband John were incredibly informative and responsive, making everything super easy and stress-free.I’d highly recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy spot in the Wrigleyville area. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location. So fun to hang around out on the rooftop patio. Apartment has been upgraded and had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back again next season.

Chad and German were amazing hosts! Their place was perfect for our weekend. We planned a surprise birthday getaway for our son at Wrigley Field. It was so easy to get around with lots of restaurants within walking distance. It was also fun to have him blow out his birthday candles under the disco ball.

The place is just as described, and Tere is a great host. The one thing I’ll add is that PARKING is nearly impossible and added about $150 to our overall cost. The listing doesn’t mention that there’s no free parking, and (reasonably priced) parking is non-existent on game nights.

I would be happy to stay here again, it’s enormous, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Having outdoor space was a big plus. It’s really busy when there is a baseball game, otherwise I was surprised by how quiet it stays in the house. Owners were great communicators, answered my questions so quickly.
