There are two cozy bedrooms with a sloping roof. With the window open, you can hear the stream flowing past the house. The large balcony with comfortable seating furniture offers a fantastic view of the Chiemgau Alps: a beautiful apartment - in summer and winter.

This charming place offers you everything you need for an unforgettable stay in the Bavarian Alpine foothills for two adults. The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals yourself. In the living area, the sofa bed sleeps one more person. The location of the apartment is ideal for both summer and winter sports. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site.

With its attention to detail, it invites you to relax after strenuous mountain tours or days of skiing. Our house is only a 5-minute walk from the hiking parking lot/tour start and ski lifts, as well as a few minutes' drive from the start to the large Waidring/Steinplatte ski resort.
