The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Studio Ahoi is one of three apartments in our guest house. Quietly located, it is within walking distance of the town center and Lake Wörthersee. The studio is about 25 m² and can accommodate 2 people with a double bed, kitchen and balcony. The eclectic mix of maritime theme, antique furniture and modern art make the studio truly special. Our bar for coffee and drinks is located on the first floor. The large garden is available for all our guests.
