Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine wunderschöne Lage und sehr schöne Wohnung. Ein toller Ort zum Urlaub machen, wenn man die Ruhe und eine herrliche Aussicht genießen möchte. Es gibt ein Buch mit verschiedensten Empfehlungen der Gastgeber was Restaurants , Ausflugsziele und vieles mehr betrifft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! 😊

We recently stayed at this apartment and were very satisfied! The apartment is located in the mountains, offering a stunning view. It is spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished, with all the necessary amenities. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to all our questions and ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in een mooi huisje op een unieke locatie. Het uitzicht vanuit het huisje is fantastisch. Het huisje zelf is prettig. De communicatie was heel fijn. Ik had wat veel vragen, maar evengoed werd de tijd genomen alles te beantwoorden. In de omgeving zijn er veel wandelmogelijkheden. Ook voor de geoefende klimmer. Ik was zelf ook heel blij met de prachtige bloemen op de weides!

So, nachdem ein paar Tage vergangen sind, der Urlaub (leider) schon wieder vorbei und auch unser Aufenthalt im Lindwurm ein paar Tage her ist, ist es Zeit, ein paar Worte zu schreiben. Und was soll ich sagen, es war einfach traumhaft! Der Bus ist einfach toll, der Blick auf das Alpenpanorama spektakulär, die Umgebung sehr ruhig - kurzum: es hat alles gepasst und war traumhaft schön. Nach Rücksprache mit Katrin konnten wir auch das leckere Frühstück genießen. Abends konnten wir direkt am Bus grillen und den Abend entspannt vor der Feuerschale ausklingen lassen. Aber auch bei Regenwetter lassen sich romantische Stunden im Bus verbringen… Christian und Katrin sind beide unglaublich sympathische und offene Gastgeber. Vielen Dank, dass ihr uns ein paar Tage als eure Gäste aufgenommen habt - wir kommen gern wieder und können jedem eine kleine Auszeit in eurem Bus nur empfehlen.

I stayed and Markus' apartment for 1 week in September 2024. It exceeded my expectations in comfort, convenience, quietness and the overall experience. I had been travelling for 2 weeks before arriving and, much to my relief, I felt instantly comfortable and at home once I unpacked and picked up some groceries. The apartment was very clean, quiet, great water pressure and wonderful blackout curtains and shades. Though I only had breakfast in the apartment, the kitchen was well laid out with all the extras you need to make a fine meal. As a bonus, there was Netflix, too, for when my day's wanderings were done. And, of course, the view...wow. Spectacular. If you never even left the apartment you would feel like you had been somewhere special. Markus was very responsive to any message I sent, before and after I arrived, and his suggestions for the area were very helpful. I do hope I get back to that beautiful corner of Austria again and, if I do, I know where I will stay!

Wir hatten super schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, super sauber und eine tolle Lage mit toller Aussicht auf das Bergmassiv. Der Check-In war sehr unkompliziert und die Gastgeber sind super nett. Öblarn ist ein netter Ort mit naheliegender Einkaufsmöglichkeit und einem netten Gasthof (alles auch fußläufig erreichbar). Zum Skigebiet Hauser Kaibling sind es ca. 20 Minuten gewesen (mit dem Auto gut erreichbar). Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub dort.

The place is clean, and beds r so comfortable. The host is so helpful. We had great time there. The view is amazing too.

The apartment is very cosy, modern, spacious and clean. It has fully equipped kitchen, nice living room and spacious bathroom -- you feel as at home. The parking is in front of the house and you can always find a place to park without hesitation. Location itself is very convenient as it is close to the main roads. It is in the quiet neighborhood. Check-in and check-out was contactless and very smooth. Ivana is very responsive and friendly, it is very easy to communicate with her and all instructions were given very clearly. We had a nice and pleasant stay.
