From the moment you walk through the door, a warm, welcoming atmosphere greets you. The house has soft carpets that feel perfect on your feet after a day on the beach, and even more perfect showers that provide a relaxing bliss to start or end the day. The kitchen is very cozy and perfect for simple lunch with friends. The bedrooms are spacious with large windows that opt for privacy depending on your preference. Overall, the stay, for me and family, was extremely enjoyable and we would stay again without a doubt.

The house is spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Laura made everything simple, including easy check-in and good local tips. It was perfect and fun for four, but would comfortably accommodate more!

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. It is much larger than the pictures let on. The deck was big enough for all of us to comfortably sit and chat - and Julie has plenty of patio chairs and two tables! Everything was super clean, no clutter, lots of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The location is perfect too! Quick walk to the beach and some shops. Bus ride can easily take you down to the boardwalk or restaurants you can’t walk to. No need to move your car once you are here. We enjoyed this stay so much we are planning on returning next year. The condo was very clean and the views are incredible. Easy beach access and the indoor pool was great.

Check in was easy. Nice host. Bayside is lovely. The house is nicely furnished. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to vacation in the area.

This was our 2nd stay in Mark’s place in West OC. The house and location are perfect. Close to all of the restaurants, Sunset Marina, etc. This is our go-to house when visiting OCMD.

Great communication from beginning to end from Steve. House was super clean and as well appointed as any I’ve rented, including a Weber grill with fresh propane. The bedding was high quality with plenty of pillows and blankets. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the yard beautifully kept. Steve also provided the best weather of the summer. Great place.

Jeanne’s home was clean and right on the water, we loved the outdoor shower and access to the beach. We bought a fire permit and were able to walk right out front to have it. We left the necessary metal bucket and shovel in the closet for future guests. The house was larger than expected and we LOVED the outdoor shower, able to all shower quickly with the three and get on with our evening activities. Will definitely stay again. I will say if you’re a light sleeper, I’d pack ear plugs as footsteps from above are very loud

This is our second time staying at this location and we absolutely love it! It is as advertised! The list of items the host says to bring is always helpful. There are even things on the premises that you need, but never think about, i.e. iron, glassware, which we were thankful for. We will continue to stay here every time we visit O.C. Love it!

We had a great stay! The place was nice and cozy, very clean, and just a short walk to the beach. It had everything we needed for the trip, and the location couldn’t have been better!

Lara and her home was great! We really enjoyed our stay. It felt like we were right at home, and we weren’t too far from the boardwalk and all of the fun but it felt nice coming home to a quiet, peaceful, clean neighborhood. Lara’s home was just as pictured very clean and she was very responsive. We will definitely keep Lara’s home in mind when coming back to Ocean City.

I didn't know this little peninsula on the bayside really existed. It's a great location (across from 28th). Just outside the chaos of summer OCMD but everything is very easily accessible with a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk. The apartment is great - nothing more or less than you would need. Our dog loved chilling on the balcony and people watching. The apartment also had strong air conditioners that could actually cool the place down sufficiently. Frankly that can be a bit of a rarity in OC rentals.

Location was excellent right on the beach with a beautiful view of the ocean. The property was easy to find and the security guard at the front desk was super helpful getting us squared away with anything we needed. The condo had great amenities including a nice big fridge and stove, not to mention it has cable television for when you are relaxing (most Airbnb's do not offer this). 5/5 stars for everything except the bed (I am used to a firm bed and this one was beyond soft). We would absolutely stay here again though and I highly suggest this place for a nice getaway. Thanks, Natallia, for being a great host!

Excellent vacation. Was a great location right on the boardwalk. I enjoyed people watching and loved watching the little tikes. The condo was beautifully designed and a great layout. Every bedroom was like its own little suite with private bathrooms. The master suite was just like the pictures and very large and comfortable. I loved having the extra hangers to get my clothes out of the suitcase ❤️. We also enjoyed the extra pillows, and blankets available. Steve was very helpful in arranging my linen rental for the time we were there. We enjoyed home cooked meals as well as eating out and everything we needed was right there. Such a great host!! Will definitely look forward to staying again. Was more than I expected and definetly worth the rental fee. Thank you so much. 😀

We stayed in a group of 4 for a music festival. The apartment was in an awesome location less than 1 mile from the venue. Check in and check out was smooth and the apartment was super clean and looked exactly as advertised. We would absolutely book again for a future visit!

Place is very clean, well maintained. Close to everything you might want to see but far enough that it’s quiet at night.. location is perfect. Kids loved the bunk beds! Pool was clean and wasn’t too busy when we stayed, other people in the community are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay. We had everything we needed and it was very nice that some toilet paper, paper towels, and soaps were included when we got there.

True to the description. We enjoyed our stay very much. There were other friendly families as well which gave our kiddo others to play with. The pool area was very nice. Bill gave us excellent direction as well.
