The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Arrawarra is located 20 min north of Coffs Harbour and 5 min to Woolgoolga. Our beach house is set in a quite village and is just a short walk to the beach and tidal creek... great for the kids. It is only a short drive to Woolgoolga where you will find shops, pubs and some great restaurants. There is a cycle track all the way to Woolgoolga and walking tracks alone the coast line plus great surfing spots close by. Pet friendly with a Fully fenced yard.

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
