Panoramic Ocean View Villa

Spectacular ocean views from a privately owned modern 1 bedroom Villa with a luxurious Queen Bed. A separate lounge with double sofa/bed for 2 extra guests. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people, but it is most comfortable for 2. Please keep this in mind when booking for 4 guests. Your suite is located at the rear of our home in a quiet semi-rural area - less than 5 minutes from supermarkets, food outlets, and coffee shops. We are approximately 40 minutes from the nearest beach and national parks. The space has a queen bed, ensuite, dining/lounge area and kitchenette. Generous breakfast provisions. Discounted longer stays. A bbq is available on the deck. We have a small dog and a cat. The room has a private entrance. Undercover parking and washing machine on request

The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Daphne's Cottage

Daphne’s Cottage is a new and private space located in South Grafton. The space offers 1 bedroom with a small balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, a spacious bathroom, and a living area with your own kitchenette. The cottage is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and completely separate so your privacy is respected at all times. The cottage overlooks the lovely pool. The space is quiet and well appointed making your stay extremely comfortable

Jenny's Beachfront Apartment

Jenny's Beachside Apartment is a tastefully furnished two bedroom unit located just 25 metres from the water's edge at stunning Korora Bay. Located just five minutes drive to the centre of Coffs Harbour with The Big Banana & Jetty area close by. This beachside apartment has two lovely bedrooms with a queen size bed in the main and in bedroom 2 a single bed and a trundle bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is an air conditioner upstairs.

Nambucca Valley Train Carriages Red carriage

Both our red & green carriages are modeled from the balcony ended tram car Built by Great Eastern Railways, England in 1884. The tram car was built for the Wisebec to Upwell line. Diane & I have built this unique accommodation from the ground up overlooking the NSW North Coast Railway line. The two carriages are located 90 metres from our house & sited to provide you with your own privacy.
