We stayed here in this unspoilt part of paradise for 4 nights and everything that we experienced from location, weather and amenities of the home were beyond our expectations and made our time here very memorable. We love the place. Great sunset from the balcony, well-stocked pantry with condiments, etc. Place was clean, well-appointed size. Modern. Tip: the beds are really nice but has different firmness - check before choosing your room! This is the downstairs apartment. Choose upstairs for better view. Direct access with private driveway, too!

Absolutely the best Airbnb we stayed at during our time in Australia. Five stars and more. The apartment was modern, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed. The highlight was waking up to stunning sunrises over the sea each morning, truly unforgettable. Spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and perfectly located. We would come back in a heartbeat.

If you like sweeping ocean views, short bush walks to the beach, and sleeping with the sound of crashing waves, this place is for you! We had a great weekend stay. The unit is really nicely designed with lots of natural light and lots of ocean through the windows, great screened louvered windows for letting the sea breeze in. It’s a 10 minute walk from the train station; getting back up the hill to the station is a great workout with bags and a pram. The Bowlo is very close to the house and a must. Good Thai food, good atmosphere. Also an easy walk to a couple coffee shops and good fish and chips. Gary and Cathy are very communicative and welcoming. We recommend!

An excellent location for a stay alone or if you are coming as a couple! Very close proximity to the beaches and short drive to Balmoral baths! I enjoy fishing so being able to go to a location like Balmoral baths for fishing was truly an amazing experience for me! Would love to be back again in the future!

Myself and 3 friends stayed for 2 nights for a Birthday trip from Sydney. This place is such a gem and Nicole has thought of everything! The fridge was fully stocked with bubbles and soft drinks, milk, bottles of water- so generous. This space is so beautiful and comfortable. The rooftop is just so gorgeous, we enjoyed a drink out there in the afternoon sun and a coffee when we woke up. We arrived after dark and the lights were all on ready for us which was such a nice touch. We were in walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go and to the light rail too which was great for getting to the interchange. If you are driving there is garage too which is ideal.For the price, this was one of the best air bnbs I have ever stayed in- we didn't want to leave. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Feels like home type of place. Everything is provided. Clean and cozy with modern and welcoming decor. We chose this one because its near where we needed to go to visit people in the nearby suburb and the secure carpark.

Great place to stay, nice and cozy. Good views. 2 min walk up the road to catch a great sunset. Pool table is much appreciated, just don’t underestimate the size (approx 2-3x the length of a pub table) Yearly trip now 🤙🏼

We had a blast at Foy’s Folly! The house is so spacious and peaceful, and the views are just lovely. We watched the stars at night and loved getting warm by the fireplace. Definitely want to come back! Thanks so much Melissa

We had an amazing weekend getaway at this pretty house! The property was peaceful, clean, and just as described, with breathtaking views of the river. We spent our time fishing, kayaking, and even got to drive the boat provided, which was such a unique and unforgettable experience. It really made the trip feel special and adventurous. The host was responsive and made everything from check-in to check-out super easy. A perfect spot to relax, explore, and enjoy nature—highly recommended!

This was our second stay at Alison’s place and it remains a beautiful spot in Bundeena! Definitely worth it for the back deck alone. We’ll hopefully be back again.

We have just returned from a fantastic 3 night stay. The property is quiet, very cosy, well equipped, nicely furnished and very clean. The owners have clearly put a lot of effort in ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The setting right on the lakeside with fire pit is beautiful with an excellent view of water, bushland and wildlife. We highly recommend this property. Thank you!

We had an amazing time at this property! From the moment we booked, Sandy was outstanding—super communicative, incredibly flexible, and genuinely accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our stay special, even hanging up a birthday sign for my father-in-law, which was such a thoughtful touch! The house itself was perfect for our family. The kids were thrilled with the games room—it kept them entertained for hours. We also loved having separate living areas for some quiet time, as well as a spacious communal area where we could all come together and relax. It’s clear Sandy pays attention to the little details that make a big difference. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-equipped, and heartwarming getaway!

We spent a weekend at Sassafras as a family as a surprise for my Mum's 70th Birthday. It is the most beautiful and private location for anyone wanting a true country escape to unwind. A stunning home nestled amongst rolling hills and greenery with breathtaking views. Huge house with a beautiful relaxed vibe, plenty of room for the family to enjoy together, allowing the kids to enjoy activities on the lawn and for the adults to relax and enjoy conversaion and a glass of wine around the fireplace. Sally was an incredible host, extremely friendly, quick to respond with any question and extremely accomodating. Would recommend hands down, we were very happy with our stay!

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

Have had a lovely week at Mark and Leah's apartment in shoal bay. Loved the views and the place was great, everything you needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Shoal Bay itself has a really laid back vibe, with great places to eat right at your doorstep. On our drive home we were already planning on coming back, which speaks volumes on how much we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome location as this apartment is located within walking distance from Circular Quay/Sydney Opera House since it’s right at Sydney CBD. This also means you can easily find good restaurants/bars and Coles & Woolsworth supermarkets are also nearby. The apartment has all the necessary appliances we need - dishwasher, washer, dryer etc and the travel cot provided was a good size for my toddler and came with a good mattress within (which is hard to come by). Sharon was also very responsive throughout my 9 day stay and so helpful in assisting me with all kinds of requests. Her proactiveness and warm hospitality is truly appreciated.

Spacious apartment, perfectly located in the middle of sydney, walking distance from a lot of great places to visit and restaurant. Di was quick to respond, facilitated the check-in and check out processes. Appartement was clean and nicely appointed. Will definitely stay there again.
