Private parking is available directly in front of the house and the Wolkersdorf express train station is a 10-minute walk away. (In 20 min. in Wien Zentrum !) Use the house for a business visit nearby or for a hiking / biking trip in the Weinviertel. A visit to Vienna is also possible!

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

The bus station is located just steps away from the house. By car, you can reach the numerous Viennese sights in about 15-30 minutes.

The building has been finished in 2025 and is therefore in a very good condition. The apartment offers a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The accommodation is located in a quiet area but has excellent public transport connections, making it easy to reach the city center. There is a free parking lot not too far away and also a lake where you can swim for free.
