Stepping out the front door offers a magnificent view of the Karniner Lotsenturm, the Peene and one of the largest bird sanctuaries in Europe. It's wonderful to experience the many animals. From the living room with open kitchen and from the main bedroom you can use the 44 sqm wooden terrace. If the weather permits, you will experience an incredible starry sky.

Er wurde kürzlich saniert und bietet u.a. eine neue Küchenzeile, ein modernes Bad, 1 Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof und Strand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
