The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 2 living rooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a large terrace and a spacious garden with furniture, a grill, a playground and a parking space for 3 cars. The area is fenced and locked.

Comfortably furnished, with a touch of luxury it is perfectly designed for relaxation for families and friends.

We have 3 apartments in a quiet location, overlooking the forest and meadows. They are only 600 m from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The apartment is 45 m² and has one bedroom, a kitchen-living room with dining area and sofa bed, shower room and a terrace with lounge furniture and lots of sun.

You have your peace with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated from each other.... the village of Benz may not be for people who want to lie all day only on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....

Kołczewo is a great starting point to enjoy all the tourist attractions and admire the wonders of nature. Enjoy the silence while sipping your morning coffee on the terrace and in the evening relax in the garden tub while looking at the stars.

We offer you a wooden year-round cottage (80m2) with three bedrooms located on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchenette connected to the dining room and living room, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a utility room. Outside, there is a terrace with a barbecue area. The house is located on a 3000m2 plot, where you can park your cars.

I provide a 60m2 apartment located on the top floor, south-west oriented with a large balcony overlooking the seaside district. The apartment is equipped with the necessary equipment. A separate double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room will be optimal for two. I provide one parking space in the underground garage for the apartment.
