The 42 sqm terrace is shared by two apartments. The house is located in a beautiful pine forest by the sea, on the island of Wolin, 15 minutes walk from the seaside beach and 7 minutes walk to the lake, by the provincial route 102. The city of Dziwnów is about 1.8 km away, Międzywodzie is about 2 km away, by a pedestrian and bicycle path, illuminated or asphalt road.

The apartment is in the attic of the house. The owner lives on the ground floor. A road with footpaths and bicycle paths leads to the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. A smaller playground with a slide, a swing and a climbing wall is also available to our youngest visitors. ​Numerous bars, restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlors, grocery stores, etc. can be found during the summer months in the center of Międzywodzie.
