The apartment is 26 square meters, is on the first floor and is for rent for 1 person (maximum 2). It is equipped with a new kitchen, smart TV, and a 1.40 m bed. It is located 35 km south of Munich, 13 km from Lake Starnberg and 19 km from the scenic town of Bad Tölz. The beautiful Isar meadows are a few minutes' walk. Supermarket in 1 minute by car. Well-developed cycling networks are also provided. In the neighboring village there is an S-Bahn connection to Munich.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.
