My family and I have been renting the newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment since September 2024 in a beautiful Upper Bavarian location. In the immediate vicinity is the metropolis of Munich, Lake Starnberg and Bad Tölz. The location is excellent for outdoor activities such as mountain biking or hiking. In winter, it is a very good starting point for skiing in Lenggries. Achsensee is 45/50 minutes away. Entry to the cross-country ski trails at Moosham or Ascholding are just 5 km away!

The MaiWa House

Im MaiWa Haus ist es gemütlich – im Sommer wie im Winter. Kachelofen, Feuerschale, Terrasse und Gartennutzung sorgen für eine entspannte Auszeit. Ruhige Wohngegend. EDEKA, Apotheke und Busstation ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Kino, Spielplätze, Eisdielen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ortszentrum. Isar (ca. 10 Gehminuten), Starnberger See (ca. 15 Min. mit dem Auto), sowie zahlreiche Ausflugsziele rund um Wolfratshausen. Wir freuen uns auf euch! Hinweis: Unterkunft ohne WLAN und TV.

Ferienapartment

The apartment is 26 square meters, is on the first floor and is for rent for 1 person (maximum 2). It is equipped with a new kitchen, smart TV, and a 1.40 m bed. It is located 35 km south of Munich, 13 km from Lake Starnberg and 19 km from the scenic town of Bad Tölz. The beautiful Isar meadows are a few minutes' walk. Supermarket in 1 minute by car. Well-developed cycling networks are also provided. In the neighboring village there is an S-Bahn connection to Munich.

Bright apartment with front garden

Only for 1 or 2 persons (included children) 30 qm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

Casa Banniza

Our beautiful first floor apartment with garden and terrace could also be your vacation home. It has two attractive, barrier-free rooms, a hallway, a bathroom and a kitchen. A jewel of the apartment is the beautiful southwest terrace with garden. You will love our apartment because of the central but very quiet location, the modern furnishings and the cleanliness. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Perfect for excursions: - Munich is 30 minutes away - 15 minutes to Lake Starnberg - Shopping facilities (bakery and supermarket) are only 700m away.

Located in Zell/Ebenhausen, the holiday home Ferienhaus Auszeithaus has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 120 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
