You will be staying in an apartment that was completely renovated 8 years ago, located near Schanzen, but the area is still very quiet. There is a 1.60-m bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, 42" TV, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, etc. The Sternschanze S-Bahn station is 7 minutes away, and Holstenstrasse is 5 minutes away., shoulder blade about 3 minutes... a supermarket is about 1 minute away. If you are arriving by car, I can send you a visitor parking permit (€4/day)

The apartment is suitable for families & couples, NOT for young groups who are here to party. Families live in the house & great ATTENTION IS PAID TO THE VOLUME & THAT THE QUIET TIMES ARE OBSERVED. QUIET TIME IS FROM 8:00 PM It is located in a modern complex (the first hybrid house in Hamburg) on the ground floor/1st floor in the backyard. Therefore, despite the central location, it is very quiet & has its own entrance. There is a free garage parking space on the same street.

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

Within walking distance there are numerous bars and restaurants in the popular trendy district of Sternschanze. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.
