Kingfisher's Retreat

LauraRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had an incredibly peaceful and relaxing stay at Kingfisher Retreat on Mill Farm. The safari-style tent was beautifully designed and tucked away in a secluded spot, offering complete privacy away from the main campsite. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and fully equipped for a comfortable stay - though a toaster would have been a nice little addition. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic, with underfloor heating that made it warm and cozy morning and night. Although we spent most days exploring the Norfolk area, we could have easily spent all our time at the retreat, soaking up the sun and enjoying the tranquility. Communication before our visit was smooth, and we received a warm welcome from Lillie. The fresh bread, milk, and eggs were thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Overall, it was a truly peaceful and private escape - perfect for switching off and reconnecting with nature. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Homely, comfortable and clean. Great space to relax in beautiful countryside surroundings. The outside space was great for the dogs and the piano was a lovely touch! Lots of utensils and pans which is great. Highly recommend!

Warren Lodge Barn - Eco-friendly Barn Conversion

A lovely peaceful place detached from town life in middle of countryside. Nice walks in vicinity and our dog was in her element. Triple glazing meant we were oblivious to animal noises in night :-) would visit again. Nice touches like bread and milk and Victoria sponge.

The Old Rectory Lodge

DavidRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The property and surrounding area were exactly as described, easy to find yet secluded. The hosts Paul and Marie were great to meet, and very willing to provide recommendations etc. We used it as a base to explore the area, and to visit family in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, We only managed to scratch the surface in terms of exploring, but next time we will have plenty more to do. (We will be back)

Brand New Bespoke Accomodation

Perfect bolt-hole in a peaceful location. Denis was extremely welcoming when I arrived and had no problem accommodating my bike. The room is excellent; modern, well-appointed, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Denis provided many little extras which all added to the welcoming feeling.

Detached Norfolk House great for families/groups

LauraRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Eleanor's. It was much larger than we expected. Nice and clean, and well equipped for our stay. The games and quiz cards went down very well. We was happy with the location, as we had been to Hunstanton on one of the days. We did walk to the village pub one evening, but unfortunately was closed so we ended up in the Takeaway across the road. It was absolutely delicious! We would recommend anyone that stays there to give them a visit. Really nice little break, and would love to stay again.
