Stunning 2 bedroom modern apartment with parking

AnnRating, 5 stars34 months ago
Louisa’s place in Winterbourne Abbas is a spacious apartment with high ceilings, a large living room and a well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to cook for ourselves. Even during a hot spell in August, the temperature remained comfortable inside. Although the property stands on a main road, we hardly heard the traffic outside. The location was excellent for exploring Thomas Hardy country – just a 20-minute drive away from the cottage where the novelist was born and 15 minutes away from the home he designed and built for himself in Dorchester. We didn’t meet Louisa, but the key lockbox made checking in and out easy, and we appreciated the welcome gifts of fresh eggs, milk and chocolates.

DeanneRating, 5 stars3 days ago
What an amazing weekend! We loved our time here, it was a great air BnB that lived up to it's advertisement. The hot tub and BBQ were a great addition to our stay. Jason was a fantastic host who responded quickly to everything and was so attentive.

Ingellini hut

DavidRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Wow! An amazing place to stay, especially if you need to escape for a while, settle down and have some peaceful time. Emily was the perfect host, warm and friendly and there to help you enjoy your visit (with the help of Lemmy the dog). The hut had everything I needed, was clean and cosy and the toilet facilities were good with a lovely hot shower. I walked around a bit - to the top of Eggardon Hill which is worth the effort and to The Spyway Inn which is a nice pub. Mostly I spent my time in my own secluded woodland glade, just looking at the trees and the wonderful view and listening to the bird song (there's a blackbird who got aggie at the sound of my electric toothbrush). Loved every minute. Thanks Emily.

The Loft at Ponderosa

BryonyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
We have just spent 3 nights at Ponderosa and we cannot rate it highly enough. To start with, the host Melanie, messaged with very thorough directions & then was on site to greet us on our arrival. We were shown around The Loft, how to work things & where things were, & Melanie was lovely! In terms of the apartment - it's gorgeous! The bathroom has a stand alone bath and a separate waterfall shower (with excellent water pressure) & it's spacious with lovely fluffy towels! The bedroom is beautiful, the bed comfy & it looked so inviting on our arrival. The main body of the apartment has lovely big windows which we threw open every morning, very comfy sofas and a smart TV to sign in to Netflix etc (just remember to log back out!) I liked the quirky kitchen and dining area, we had lovely cooked breakfasts sat down at the table with the sun pouring through the open windows & could hear nothing but quiet - bliss! But best of all - the famous lemon drizzle cake - it was delicious! TY x

Cosy, dog friendly cottage in the heart of Dorset

TraceyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a lovely 3 nights stay. The cottage was very spacious including the garden and perfect for our spaniel dog. We also always managed to get a car parking space outside the cottage. Shelley was very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend the Brewers Arms which was under 2 minutes walk away, for their food and warm welcome. Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are close by and also Ab
