Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Winter Garden

Cannot recommend this accom enough! We absolutely loved our stay. It was spacious, beautiful and new. We loved having a washing machine and dryer. The amenities were fantastic. We used the pool so many times, it was big and had lots of lounges, chairs, tables, bbq area and hammocks. We also used the gym which had plenty of equipment. It was the perfect place to have a few rest days on our trip as you felt so comfortable in the space. Kimone was super helpful. We had a little trouble with the lock app as we don't have a local number but she easily let us in so that was no worries. She also helped us with finding a post office and some extra info. She always answered very promptly and was very friendly. Although we didn't make use of it there were lots of restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance and a supermarket. If we do ever find ourselves back in Orlando we would 100% stay here again!

Had an extended stay here and it was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and has great amenities. Short walk to lake louisa as well and is close to shopping. The unit is well kept and had everything I needed for my stay! Jessica and her husband responded quickly and answered all my questions. I appreciated their tentativeness!! Will stay here again if I get the opportunity!

If you plan to go to Disney World this is the perfect space to book! It’s very close to the parks and it’s so peaceful and quiet. It’s very clean as well we didn’t have any issues with cleanliness. I will definitely be back here!

Edna was a great host! She was responsive and helpful!!! Her home was peaceful, inviting, clean, spacious and close to everything we needed for our stay. Our kids enjoyed the games and puzzles that was provided. Our four legged dogs felt comfortable and at home. We would definitely come back for our next family outing when we are in the area!! Kayla’s place was great! So well decorated, cozy comfortable furniture and bedding, and a real modern feel. Every detail was clearly thought through. Kayla was friendly and responsive and the whole process was easy. Mt. Dora was a quaint town that matched the vibe of Kayla’s place. There are so many boutique shops, coffee shops, restaurants, all within a short walking distance. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer and explore more so we’ll have to come back.

What an amazing 2 weeks with family!! Don’t hesitate to book this GEM of a home! It’s beautiful, peaceful (on a culdesac) SUPER QUIET at night, great spots to eat at the waterfront and all around Minneola in general. We had an issue with warming the spa and both were very responsive, ordered the part and within 2 days its was perfect. This house had EVERY amenity you would need and then some…games indoor and outdoor, kids books, fire pit, swing, blankets to cozy up on couch, dog bowls, leashes, toys etc. They truly make you feel like it’s home. We can’t rave about it enough!! We were only a short half hour drive away from Disney also. Our 2 small dogs absolutely LOVED chasing lizards and frogs around the pool area! We would LOVE to come back if they would have us! Thank you again for being such great hosts! All you do to make your guests feel comfortable at home does NOT go unnoticed! Nardia’s home is lovely. Everything was incredibly clean and easy to use. Also, the location is perfect for exploring the Orlando area. Very close to major attractions and roads without being too in the thick of things. The only drawback was that I received a half travel-sized shampoo bottle instead of a full travel size shampoo bottle. Other than that, our stay could not have been better.

We had to find a place quickly due to an unexpected emergency, and this home turned out to be an absolute blessing. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. It gave us peace of mind during a stressful time, and for that, we are beyond grateful. Communication was seamless, and every detail from check-in, it was handled with care and attention. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t thank the host enough for providing such a perfect space during our time of need. Highly recommend to anyone—whether you’re traveling for pleasure or facing unexpected circumstances. This home delivers comfort, reliability, and warmth.

We had a great stay. The residence was beautiful and came with everything we needed. Our 4 and 1 year old enjoyed the toys provided. The pool was private and relaxing. Neighborhood very quiet with kind neighbors. Thank you for everything ❤️

We had a great 5 night stay! Great proximity to the pool, clean unit, and fun decor. They provided a pack and play and high chair for my little one. Good communication and instructions.

We like this apartment very much. it's new and clean, location is also good, whole environment is good. The host reply very fast. will book it again when next time come. only not convenient is that can't stock luggage before check in and after check out.

Stayed at Celso’s apartment for 2-weeks. It was a great size for 2 people and an ideal location for those looking to do the Disney and Universal parks. Apartment is just a short drive away from plenty of shops, restaurants and fast food places. It also has a 24h petrol (gas) station just outside of the complex which is really convenient. Overall, really enjoyed our stay the complex is really nice and feels very welcoming. Would highly recommend for two people. Celso was a great host, super responsive to any messages and helpful with any questions we had during our stay. One minor downside, not to the fault of Celso or his apartment, but the complex had a nesting hawk during our stay. This was no issue for 95% of our stay, but did swoop at us once. Would advise being cautious when walking to the car park, especially with young children.

It was clean, looked like the pictures, responsive host. Would stay again.
