Villa vacation rentals in Winter Garden

Susane’s place was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our spring break vacation! It was in a great neighborhood, with every appliance, utensil, linen and towels we could have needed during our stay. My kids had a great time in the pool and it was only a 20’ish minute jaunt to both Disney and Universal Studios. I absolutely recommend this property to others and would definitely stay again in the future!! Thanks, Susane!

This was my family’s second time staying at the home and it was yet again amazing! Our host is so helpful and friendly and the home is beautiful! We loved staying there for the second year in a row and we will definitely be going back again next year!

Great place to stay! Very clean and was exactly as described

We stayed on vacation to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and had an absolute blast. We relaxed at the house about three days and the rest of the time we had some pretty fun things planned. The house itself was amazing and had everything you would possibly need. Its was really well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, and cups. We really enjoyed the pool and game garage. The pool was also very well stocked with pool noodles and swim rings. Along with the garage having plenty of games and the board games too. The house was centrally located in a nice quiet neighborhood with everything you would need and more pretty close by. Pam was also very friendly and helpful throughout our entire trip. Her communication was amazing. She went above and beyond for us and that truly meant a lot. We will definitely be staying here the next time we are in the area.

Everything was absolutely perfect—from the beautifully designed space to the thoughtful amenities and spotless cleanliness. It felt like every detail was carefully curated to make the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The host Yane was incredible: responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I honestly didn’t want to leave! Melissa made every effort to ensure that we were comfortable and had a great time on our vacation. The property was great, a lot to enjoy at the home when taking a rest from Disney and Universal. Overall, I have zero complaints about the Melissas home and would highly recommend it to anyone with a medium to large party.

This place was so beautiful. The host was very friendly and very helpful. Had no issue of checking in and out. Will definitely stay here again. It’s worth it. Also, I loved that they have history of the house that is over 100 years old!!! I’m so happy that I got to stay there and my family enjoyed it as well.

We had a fantastic stay, Reunion resort is an excellent location close to all the parks and very safe and spotlessly clean, the house was easy to find and straightforward to access. Michael had provided clear instructions prior to our arrival, the house was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic stay. The balcony from the main bedroom was great to sit and enjoy a sunrise with an excellent coffee and our teenagers loved having their own house and games area in the pool house, which had a pool table, pin ball, space invaders and a karaoke machine, If we travel to Orlando again we will certainly re book the house and would whole heartedly recommend it as a great place to stay in Orlando.

Ryan was a great host. His instructions were very helpful. The house was warm and inviting. The kids had a great time in the game room, pool and even the Star Wars bedroom. We would definitely return.

This was a fabulous house. The themed rooms were so much fun. Each room was so carefully and wonderfully decorated. From the cloud room to the camp room to the avatar room. The game room was a blast with its bunk house and slide and movie projector screen. The pool and outdoor area was great to hang out. And the kitchen had everything you could need. We had such an amazing time. Plus our host, Tati, was so accommodating and great to work with. Definitley the best house to stay at.

The place was amazing and very comfortable. Very nice and clean space. The pool was always at the right temperature. We had an amazing time at the place and its facilities. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. They are also very patient and kind. Thank you again for our stay!

This was one of my top stays of all time because the house was well appointed. Each of the 3 decorated children's rooms offered something different for my twin daughters. They of course only slept in the princess room but spent most of their time in the Mulana room. The VR machine is crazy! Flipped me 180 degrees as I road a dragon and my kids watched the tv screen from behind the safety barrier. You won't find that amenity anywhere else. Location is out of the way and quiet. The two video game rooms were a nice touch too. And to check out, Dun sent us a message saying essentially "Just leave, it's a vacation. We'll handle linens and towels and trash, etc." Literally could not be easier.

Me and my group had a amazing time!!! Host is quick with responses and is always available if anything is needed. Such a great location and quiet neighborhood.. 10/10 and will strongly recommend ❤️

The Sebastian Pool Villa was one of the best homes we have stayed in thus far. We couldn't have been more thrilled with our stay at this Airbnb! The size of the home for the price is absolutely unbeatable—it felt spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made settling in so easy and enjoyable. It's clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining this property. One of the standout features was the thoughtfully curated binder of information about the home and area of town. It was full of recommendations for dining, activities, and local attractions, making it incredibly convenient to plan our days. This level of detail truly sets the experience apart. We have already saved this home for future rentals and are excited about the prospect of bringing our children next time. It's the kind of place you want to return to again and again. Thank you so much for letting us into your home. You have the most beautiful stocked home I’ve ever been in. There was so much I didn’t need to buy because you already had it which I loved! You had everything from blankets towels cookware bathroom supplies cleaning supplies mop pads seasoning cooking oils pool floaties propane from last guest..on top of having the most peaceful beautiful home! Kept it really easy to keep house clean! The waterfall pool the openess of the whole home made it perfect. The host was there for any questions I had always answered within 5-10 minutes I really appreciate you opening your house as well as still caring and being there for your guest at any time. Anytime I’m ever in Florida I will definitely keep this home in mind definitely worth it in every way!

Loved our stay with our two dogs. The pool was nice and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and was safe for us to walk our dogs. My husband does prefer a softer bed but we brought a mattress topper for it. I actually like harder beds so it was fine for me. Everything was as described and worked. Overall we enjoyed our little getaway before the baby comes in 3 weeks!

the place was beautiful. the pool and spa tub was great only thing is the hot tub had brown stuff coming from the jets when it came on. the bathrooms are beautiful but the sink was stopping up. the rooms was beautiful but the master bed room lock was broken so I couldn't access the pool area from my room. no biggie because the back door was literally right outside the master suite. the bed was really hard and once I got back home I needed a spa day because my body was aching really bad. other then that I love the place and would book again once they get better beds in the master suite and the other queen beds the twin beds was really soft. I love Orlando homes so I'll be back

I must have to say it’s good place to stay at Florida homeshare! The pool is nice where you can have ur private pool. ! I love the setup feels like home and it smells great as well soon as you walk into the airbnb they have everything that you need or ask for I’m definitely going to come back to this place again! The bathrooms and bedrooms is all clean and ready for you to feel welcome!

My husband and I were very happy with our stay at Villa Vienna. The pictures and description were accurate, the home was clean and welcoming, and Kyle was very helpful. The evening of our arrival we discovered there was no blender (asked prior and was told it was one of the amenities). Kyle responded to my message almost immediately and even though it was after 9pm he had a new blender on the way to us via DoorDash. The pool/backyard felt very private, even having neighbors close by. We would love to stay here again. Thank you to Maria for opening your home to us, and to Kyle for making sure we were nothing short of happy during our stay

Naomi's place is very roomy and comfortable for a large group. The outside space was our favorite spot! We loved having the grill, enough patio furniture and the pool, plus a nice shaded spot for a nap! The large kitchen is great for making meals while still hanging out with those in the living room. And you can walk to the clubhouse and pool, which is a bonus!
