The apartment is absolutely unsuitable for children under 6 years of age. A few minutes' walk to the bus stop. The S-Bahn is a 20-minute walk or by bus. The trade fair/airport/Cannstatter Wasen/Mercedes Museum are easily accessible. Supermarket, bakery, butcher, fast food/restaurant and doctors available.

Experience has shown that it is unsuitable for guests who like to cook, as the sleeping area is in the same room. The shower room (with rain shower) is for private use. The apartment is good for individuals. A second person can stay 1-3 nights on the sofa bed. A car is an advantage in our quiet residential area.
