City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). By car in about 5 minutes. We live with our children in the house. We are happy to help with questions, tips and a chat.

Public transport is a 3-minute walk, the forest is a 10-minute walk away. Shopping in the neighboring village or in Backnang (3 or 7 min by car). Welcome to our newly designed accommodation in the beautiful Remstal! THE perfect base for exploring Stuttgart, but also our wine region. The S-Bahn (suburban train) can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, and the journey time to the main train station is less than 30 minutes. You live in a separate area on the ground floor of our house with its own access and small terrace far from any road traffic. We live on the upper floor with our 2 kids (2 and 6 years).

Two small terraces are available and invite you to a sundowner at the end of the day.
