It is perfectly located between the villages of Bowness on Windermere and Windermere, a short ten minute stroll either way to all of the local amenities and the lake. Nearest pub 5 minutes walk, various bars restaurants shops within ten minute walk. Train station in Windermere 15 minute walk. There is a front and rear garden which has a patio and stream. The Dales way and other walks are within ten minutes.

It is a well appointed country style cottage offering space and great features. It has a private patio with dining furniture at the rear. The sitting room, kitchen & dining room are on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms and 2 newly installed bathrooms are on the 1st floor and a TV room and utility room are in the cellar.

This is the perfect accommodation for couples who want privacy in their own self-contained living space. The Homestead Lodge has a open plan living/ kitchen area with a real log burner, TV, DVD player, radio, strong WIFI, sofa, microwave, kettle and cutlery. There is a separate bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, wardrobe, vanity/desk space . The bathroom has a large walk in luxury shower, toilet, butler sink, cupboard and mirror.
