My place is a historic limestone building with a loft, located on my family farm. One mile away from the interstate and 6 miles north of Ellsworth, you’ll love its convenience as much as its coziness, history, and quaint charm. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers that are looking for a unique experience in the country that isn't too far off the beaten path. This is a private building near the main farmhouse with its own living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and loft bedroom (queen).

Quiet place on the edge of town pet friendly

Quiet area with a lot of area around the property to park vehicles or boats. 5 acres around the house if your pets need to stretch their legs. Located 8 miles from wilson lake if you enjoy boating, swimming , fishing, or just enjoy being around the lake. Nice local cafe, and service station with a small grocery area. Laundromat a block away. Local liquor store and a theater. If your into art there are a couple art attractions in town also the garden of eden. Firepit area coming this spring!

Often you could find Elaine baking a pies/bierocks in her large Kitchen . Great for family get togethers, couples. and jut traveling through. This residence is handicap friendly with a ramp into the residence and one floor. It features a large fenced in back yard and a attached porch. The sunsets are amazing.

Plenty of free parking on the property. Dorrance is a very safe, family friendly, area. Wilson Lake is a short drive away where you can swim, hike, bike, fish, boat, and kayak!
