Family-friendly vacation rentals in Wilmington Island

We loved the location, 5 minute walk to Forsyth Park which had an awesome farmers market on Saturday morning, coffee shops, grocery store and restaurants. Also close to the Dot stop for free transportation to other attractions. Brendan went out of his way to make sure our sleeping arrangements were extra comfortable, and we appreciated this so much. It was great to come home to the perfect little pool after exploring in Savannah's heat! We highly recommend this location!

We had a wonderful visit. The was a small issue with the toilet when we arrived, and even though it was a Sunday followed by a holiday, she managed to take care of the issue quickly and with very little inconvenience on our part. We would recommend Gloria and this property

This stay was in the perfect place. Close enough to the beach to walk, and also access to other amenities on the grounds. A lot of places to go around the stay. Very comfortable in general.

With us and children’s families we had plenty of room and things to do right on the property for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2 to 10 years old! We had a blast: plenty of beds, bathrooms, big kitchen and den, indoor swimming pool, game room, hot tub, fire pit, short street for bikes, garage. On raining periods or at night the house was great for eating, play and family time! We got the golf cart and biked minutes from Folly Field beach and also to Island beach which were great beaches. Biking on the beaches and the innumerable wonderful trails throughout Hilton Head is amazing for those who take advantage of it. Besides the beach adventures we also took advantage of the horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the Pirates of Hilton Head kids pirate ship adventure at Harbor Town which was something the kids and adults will not forget. We ate most of the time in our great kitchen but some did get to enjoy two fabulous seafood restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful island!

This is an older building but the unit was clean and matched the photos. We were very happy with our stay. The hosts provided a beach wagon along with chairs which was very convenient. The beach is a 1/2 mile walk along a scenic boardwalk & very easy. There is a little beach bar at the end serving drinks that you can take to the beach. The building rents bikes at the property for $35 which is very convenient. We didn’t use the pool but it was clean & would have been sufficient. Parking was easy, the elevators worked fine & the property was easily accessible by car. The hosts were responsive & friendly.

Steve and Jenna were super friendly and very accommodating. They extended our guest pass so we could use the amenities after check out! The place was super clean, and so much to do for all our kids! Thank you Steve and Jenna!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed riding bikes and swimming in the community's pool. My husband and daughter had fun walking the dog and looking for alligators ;-). We enjoyed evening bike rides to the general store where we got soft serve icecream and riding the free shuttle to the beach during the day. Laura was very quick to respond when I had questions and seemed genuinely interested in recieving input on her home. We would definitely consider coming back. Thanks Laura!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jacquelyn’s space. The interior layout is open and bright. The kitchen is beautiful. The backyard has so much charm with a few fruit trees. Our kids loved this place and they felt right at home. The location is very convenient. We walked to everything. We had a great time!

This was a great stay for me, my husband, and his family. In total, we had 6 adults and brought along our 2 dogs to stay and there was enough room to be comfortable for us all. The house was very clean, furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was easy to cook in with all the supplies we needed. I loved that the garage was big enough to fit all of our vehicles! There were beach chairs and a wagon available to use if you didn't have your own, and the beach was just a short walk around the corner. You could easily walk the sidewalk from the house to access the rest of the island, and there were cute shops just one house over. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone as a great location for Tybee and Savannah!

Such a great location with a nice sized dog-friendly yard, too! Kevin was an excellent communicator and the whole experience went smoothly. Would recommend and come again!

We loved our stay at Marina's beach hut. We walked to the beach morning and evening and views on the beach were beautiful. Everyone was so friendly. Had plenty of space for our family to either be together or spread out in the house space. House was well stocked with beach and home supplies. Loved having space for our car in the garage. Master bath shower was luxurious! Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Loved the keyless entry system!

Powell’s place was amazing from start to finish. Gorgeous! Quietest location I have ever stayed at in Savannah! Easy walk to the river and to Forsyth. Comfy beds, clean kitchen, three FULL bathrooms. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Perfect for our long weekend trip. Powell was quick and easy to communicate with. Nothing but a great experience all around.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything we needed. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Communication was easy and prompt, and they offered great local tips too. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience. Wendy made us feel very welcome! I had a few questions about the house and the area before we arrived and she answered me promptly. She also provided a house manual that included many suggestions regarding the area which was quite helpful. We loved the neighborhood and accessibility to downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. The backyard and pool were a quiet oasis surrounded by beautiful flowering bushes and trees. It was such a lovely place to retreat to in the early morning with a cup of coffee to relax and or catch sight of a hummingbird or butterfly. After a day of touring or visiting the beach it was so nice to go home to enjoy the swimming pool and barbeque. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Savannah.

My stay here was amazing. Jeremy communicated very well and thoroughly throughout my time there. He even left me and my friend cute turtle and octopus cookies! Place was very cleanly. Great experience, 10/10 recommend.

Everything from check-in to check-out was amazing. The house was clean and free of clutter, the coffee maker was easy to use, the kitchen amenities were as advertised. The home was welcoming and cool upon arrival and it was easy to get into the home. The instructions were clear and the book provided was an amazing help. Nothing went awry in the home and we will be booking again. The host was responsive and always willing to help. She afforded us to check-in earlier and we were blown away. The bedrooms were beautiful and the home was very aesthetically pleasing. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was close to a grocery store and our event destination. Again it was an overall amazing experience and when we visit again we hope to book you again. Thank you all for everything.

Our stay at Brandy’s place was exactly what we needed! We started our trip on the wrong foot by finding out that our original accommodations were not what we were expecting. We were able to resolve this and get booked with Brandy the very next day, and were so relieved when we arrived to her place! It was spotless, and really felt like a well-managed, well-maintained vacation rental. Coligny Plaza is about a 15-minute walk, and about half that by bike. The outdoor pool was undergoing renovations, but the indoor pool and hot tub were lovely! Beach chairs and wagon were included, and on our last day we found a pickleball set in the closet! Everything was as described, and our stay was wonderful. Brandy was very responsive EVEN while she was in Europe on vacation. We had an amazing experience working with her on-site property manager who took care of everything we needed. 11/10 would HIGHLY recommend booking with Brandy!

While we only had the pleasure of staying here for one night, we would absolutely return for longer! Jaime and Marie’s place was absolutely adorable. It looked just like the pictures, had all the things you and your family could need for a beach trip, and had the most comfortable beds! The decor was picture perfect and looked brand new. Jaime and Marie were extremely responsive to all my questions and were very kind. I had a billing concern early on and they were quick to help problem solve it for me. Hilton Head is our favorite place and we come every year. We are thankful to have found a new spot we can add to our list for places to stay. Great location, peaceful, and a real hidden gem. Was great to get out of our Michigan winter and enjoy the South Carolina sunshine. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Easy walk to the beach. Very enjoyable experience!
