Historic Beaufort Carriage House (Sweetgrass)

This lovely separate street level unit, called Sweetgrass, pure South Carolina, is close to the city center, parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the moss draped oaks, all the comforts of home. The carriage house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with children 12 or older. NOTE: Guests must be 25yrs old+ to rent. Travelers insurance is encouraged.

Cara May Cottage

We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. Romantic Cottage for 2 - 10 min walk to downtown

The cottage was completely renovated in June 2022 and it is in heart of the National Historic District of Beaufort and only a 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to Bay Street and the Beaufort River. The cottage is also only a 10 minute drive to Paris Island and 20 minute drive to the beach and we provide a pass to the Hinton Island State Park / Beach.
