Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Wilmington

I was nervous about checking in as some reviews say it was a little complicated. It was not if you follow the directions they gave. The place was clean, very nice and felt safe. Would definitely stay again!

Our group of 5 adults and 3 students thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Market Street Apartments!! Everything was as described in the listing. We had groceries delivered through "Instacart" and there were no problems, at all. The beds were comfortable and the whole apartment was extremely clean. We loved relaxing on the couch and watching a movie after our long day of walking historical Philadelphia. The host was knowledgable, helpful, and always quick with a response to my questions. I would highly recommend this listing and will stay again, in the future, if bringing students and chaperones to Philadelphia, from Minnesota.

Very nice place inside. Well furnished with modern decor. Also very convenient to U of Penn and Center City. Guests should realize that this is in West Philly. If you are not comfortable in that environment then you should consider paying for a more expensive place in a more upscale neighborhood.

Very accessible and easy to find, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms which was great for a family visit. Added our dog (irish setter) easily and overall had a great time, thanks!

The Guest Suite was just what the doctor ordered! My family needed a place to stay while our house nearby was being renovated, and finding this Airbnb came just in the nick of time since our baby boy came early before work on our house was done. Although cozy, the Guest Suite is well appointed with a comfortable bed, sofa & smart TV, washer & dryer (perfect for the newborn!), a full kitchen, and even a patio. Accessing the unit was extremely easy, and parking in the alley driveway was so convenient versus on the street. Charlene was extremely attentive and thoughtful especially in light of our circumstance, and it was nice to discover we have a great option for guests in the future since Drexel Hill has such a dearth of hotels. The price was right as well!

The space was beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with natural light—every corner felt luxurious and thoughtfully curated. The breathtaking views of Philadelphia were truly unforgettable, especially at sunrise and sunset. What made the experience even more special was the host—so extremely accommodating, kind, and truly a joy to work with. From the moment we booked, communication was smooth and welcoming. The room was exactly as shown. Whitney was communicative, friendly and helpful. She graciously worked with us on our check-in time as we were coming in for a wedding and we were running really late. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had some nice complimentary toiletries. Thanks so much for everything!

I stayed with 2 other adults and it worked out great for us! Having 2 supermarkets and Target less than a block away was incredibly convenient. There was plenty of space, and my adult daughter reported that the pull-out sofa was comfortable (as were the beds in the bedrooms). Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. I was a little worried about the parking lot based on reviews, but it wasn't as cramped as I had imagined it. I was careful to take the ramps slowly, and there were no problems whatsoever. If you arrive by car and are alone, it could be tricky, as someone needs to check in and retrieve the parking "key" and pass. Elizabeth sends very clear instructions (including a video), so it's easy to navigate.

I Absolutely loved this place—by far my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully put together and made it feel like home, right down to the same coffee maker I use myself. The soft rumble of passing trains actually felt soothing, even for a light sleeper like me. I started off using earplugs but quickly found myself relaxing into the rhythm. Can’t wait to come back.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

We had a group staying for a month which was something he was not used to, but Steve was very accommodating. It was an amazing place to stay and is close to many restaurants, grocery stores, a gym (which was very accommodating by offering a one-month membership), and it was easy to get around the area. It is a phenomenal house, and the cat was great company greeting us when we came home or got up. It was like a home away from home having everything we needed including a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this property and would absolutely look forward to staying there again.

We had an amazing stay at John's place! The location couldn't have been better for our planned holiday activities. Being just a short drive from Sesame Street, Hershey, and the Turkey Hill Experience made our itinerary so easy to manage. The house itself was spotlessly clean and even had extra sheets and blankets, which was a lovely touch. It was even better than we had anticipated! John, thank you for a wonderful experience.
