This 2-floor apartment is a short drive from most of Wilmington’s attractions and conveniently located near I-95, making it easy to get to other nearby cities as well. It will feel like your own small private townhouse with its private entrance and front deck. You can also easily walk to restaurants located downtown. You will be able to prepare meals in the kitchen and enjoy them in the adjacent dining room. The larger bedroom has a desk for the student/ working traveler.
