Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

A terrace for coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening awaits you. The picnic meadow in the shade of the trees is a place where children can romp around carefree. Our farm is rural and invites you to take walks along the Niers. We are therefore not easily accessible by public transport.

Schiefbahn hat eine eigene Autobahnausfahrt und ist somit ideal an Düsseldorf City, Flughafen und Messe (20 Minuten), Mönchengladbach (15 Minuten) und Krefeld (20 Minuten) angebunden. A workplace is set up, TV & Wi-Fi available. We try to welcome our guests personally to answer questions about the house and its surroundings directly. The A52 and A44 highways are 5 minutes away and the city center is 10 minutes away.
