Dear guests, We rent out our approx. 70 sqm trade fair/project/holiday apartment (upper floor & attic, detached two-family house). The highway (A 52) is 4 minutes away, 15-20 minutes to Düsseldorf, the trade fair and Mönchengladbach. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, hallway as well as the bright, large living room (32 sqm) and adjoining loggia. On the top floor is the bedroom with a view of the fields (sunset). The loggia (south-facing) overlooking the garden invites you to linger.

Newly renovated 50-square-meter attic apartment in a well-connected suburb of Neuss. The A57 and A46 highways can be reached in a few minutes. S-Bahn towards Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 minutes), downtown (approx. 20 min) & the airport (around 40 min), Cologne center (about 40 min), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance.
