Disclaimer: This is not a party house, no smoking on property, quiet place, thank you. Please inquire when considering extra guests. Quiet two floor duplex in cedar style home. Perfectly situated between Friendly Street Market and food carts and easy one mile walk over to Market of Choice health food store. Northwest hiking trails just over the hill. University and downtown easy access, running trail and pool one mile down the road. In the evening the neighborhood is totally quiet.
