Paradise on the Coast

AmandaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Thanks so much for a fantastic week. The view was incredible, the place was very cute and clean. Paul was very responsive to messages. The stairs to the beach are a little challenging for someone with mobility issues, but I went into it knowing that would be the case. There is a very accessible beach ramp a couple of blocks to the south. Had a great, relaxing time and I'm now inviting my friends to coordinate renting both sides of the duplex for next time.

Malia is a fantastic host, and the location is absolutely fantastic! Steps from the beach, only a few minutes walk to every one of the best restaurants and shops, and only a 20 minute beach walk to Haystack. Plenty of space, with a wide-open living room and dining areas. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean and comfortable,, but the facility is a bit dated. Interior walls are quite thin if you have a group going to bed at differing times. Well worth the money, and would definitely stay here again!

Beachfront Caretakers Bungalow on Manzanita Beach

JulieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My daughter and I had a lovely early Mother’s Day trip. The weather was spectacular. The only downside was the lack of restaurants open due to it being Monday and Tuesday in mid May. The Caretakers Bungalow is very comfortable and the view is amazing. Thank you

Hip & Cozy w/ Gorgeous Private Backyard

KateRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A lovely little home that was perfect for a weekend stay with our two dogs - great neighborhood for walking and the yard was lovely (and so handy for the dogs!). We had everything we needed, including some drinks and coffee for the morning, and the beds were comfy. Host responded super fast when we had a minor issue with the keypad and checked in to be sure we had what we needed. Would stay again! Worth noting for those traveling with dogs since it’s hard to tell from photos: the yard is pretty well enclosed by hedges & fencing, but not fully secure if you have a small/medium dog who likes to explore.

Vintage 2BR bungalow, two blocks from beach

ArielRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This bungalow is absolutely adorable. The location is great and super walkable. I had my toddler with me and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was incredibly cute and comfortable. You can tell the hosts put lots of thought and care into every detail. I loved that the kitchen actually had more than just a random spoon and pot. This house was actually set up for you to use it which is lacking in some Airbnb homes. I will definitely be booking this house for our next rockaway trip

✧ Cool Mid-Century Bungalow! ✧

NaomiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Nice little bungalow, but still spacious for a family of four and three medium-sized dogs. Backyard had ample roaming space for the doggos. Entire house was nice and tidy. Some furniture have been added/switched out compared to what's in photos. More live plants were also added, which made it look more homey. There's a small set of townhomes/apartments on one side of the backyard, but neighbors were quiet! Our stay was just a short overnight and we also booked it a week out, so it was definitely worth the price for something last minute, during a holiday weekend, and to have a whole house to ourselves, PLUS BEING DOG FRIENDLY!!

Mae West Bungalow

KarenRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Our entry code didn't work (typo in it) but our host answered the phone immediately and changed it graciously. LOVED the Victorian high-back clawfoot tub with PLENTY of hot water. We could save $$$ by cooking in the well-provisioned kitchen. The four servings of good ground coffee was much appreciated. Good couch & comfy armchairs. Private: no walls shared with other rooms. Sleeps only two, unless somebody sleeps on the couch. No view, but we didn't expect one. Tight parking for our Volvo station wagon. VERY central to Yachats "downtown" and the Drift Inn restaurant, with an excellent guide to entertainments and trails. Wish there'd been a Local Map of town and the surrounding roads for Day Drives.

MB’s Guest House. Cozy 2 bedroom in SE Portland.

MarissaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Mary Beth's spot was just what we needed to call "home base" in between moving into our new Portland house! We wanted a spot where we could sleep peacefully with our baby and not have to be among the boxes we had packed up. She was super friendly and her garden is so gorgeous. Kitchen worked great for us! Would happily return.
