Situated on a beautiful property with chirping birds and nature all around. It's ideal for a weekend getaway or longer stays if desired. The guesthouse is private with everything you need including a new comfortable Queen mattress and pillows, a functioning mini-kitchen, and sliding glass doors that look out onto the pool and west lawn. McMinnville Farm with a view, close to town!

The brick home sits in the middle of about a 100 acre farm, of which 90 acres are hazelnuts. It sits on a hill, bordered by the North Yamhill River on one side and Hwy 47 on another side, with Poverty Bend Rd on the 3rd side. On the 4th side are grass seed fields belonging to another farmer. We will generally be available, but not intrusive. You might see John and Judy weeding the flower beds or picking apples or figs!! We can also take you wine tasting if you like!!

Entire Studio -Country setting, quiet and private

Studio has own entrance and is separate from the main house. Studio has its own private bathroom with a shower, and laundry facilities, electric heat in the winter. Air conditioning only in the main sleeping area of the bnb in the summer. There is a food prep area with a large sink. There is no oven but several small appliances available for meal prep. Studio sits on 6 acres with nearby hiking trails or towns. Would be nice for the traveling contractor who needs a room.
