There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. This lovely tree top space is attached to our home and includes separate entry, complete privacy in the unit, has its own upstairs deck, and includes the use of our shared lower deck and hot tub. The kitchen is a "kitchenette" with no stove, but we do provide a single burner hot plate. Come practice "Shin Rin Yoku", the the stress- reducing essence of the forest. Trails, benches and platforms throughout the property provide a place to sit, enjoy the clean air, meditate, or do yoga.

We're on a quiet side street – right around the corner from a dynamic restaurant scene in Kerns, the 5th coolest neighborhood in the world. Tall windows overlook greenery and a cozy porch. Our family's 1900 house has been divided into separate apartments. Its like an artsy hotel room, but much more homey!

We are within an easy drive to many local wineries around Dayton, Carlton, McMinnville, Dundee, and Newberg and the area's many offerings. Our loft sits atop our property shop detached from our main home, with its own entrance and private deck. Enjoy the back lawn in any season and the view at any time of the day.
