Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Wildwood

Bev and Bob were wonderful to deal with! Despite a family crisis of their own, they were pro-active and responsive to us, making our stay comfortable, peaceful, and filled with vacation opportunities! My wife and I are thoroughly grateful to them for their kindness and anticipation of our needs. Their home is well kept and immaculately clean! Their instructions were clear and simple to comply with. I would highly recommend their property as the ideal place to stay if ever you visit the villages! God bless Bev and Bob!

Beautiful, beautiful place. Felt right at home....even better than my home as convenient first floor living. Quite neighborhood, many amenities in the house. Safe and clean environment conveniently located in The Villages.

**Perfect Stay!** If you’ve ever checked into an Airbnb and wondered how it got a five-star rating, you won’t have to question that here! This place was spotless, impeccably maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We rented a golf cart, which made getting to the nearby Lake Sumpter bars and restaurants super easy. And let’s talk about the POOL – it was incredibly relaxing! We can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!!!

Jeff and Aggie were excellent hosts and this is an outstanding house. My wife and I and our three adult children really enjoyed this house. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent, the kitchen and living area is large and outstanding and the pool/outdoor kitchen was impressive. This was a great experience, there were no issues or concerns at all. In addition, the communication was outstanding. Everything went very well.

If you’re looking for a cute little home in a very well maintained and quiet neighborhood, then this is perfect for you. Incredibly detailed instructions, local recommendations provided and very responsive hosts. Also, squeaky clean home. It honestly felt like a new build that not a single person had ever stayed at (yes, it’s THAT clean)!! I would 100% stay here again if in the area.

Place was bigger than I thought it was. So bright and clean. Everything we needed or wanted was in the house. It was very hard to leave. We all loved the golf cart too. My only complaint and I’m sure it’s operater error but we couldn’t figure out the light and fan remotes, kept on turning other rooms off and on 😂. Also and I’m sure this is my misunderstanding but make sure everyone in the house has individual guest passes. Some recs didn’t care some recs gave us a hard time or turned us away.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay! Trina’s home was beautifully furnished + well equipped: solid, quality furniture; soft blankets for cozy comfort; plentiful towels for shower, kitchen and pool; fabulous closet/storage space; bountiful plates, bowls, cups, glasses, cutlery; clean, easily accessible washer and dryer; and a generous stock of toiletries (dishwasher and laundry detergent pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Location was fantastic — just steps from a family pool + a short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter for morning coffee, dinner, or ice cream + a stroll on the dock. Extra kudos for connecting us with David’s Villages Golf Cart Rental upon reservation. Our rented golf cart was waiting for us in the garage when we arrived + was picked up the morning of our departure — white glove service that allowed us to focus on our vacation. Trina was very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. We highly recommend + would love to return!

This was our third stay with Leah, and like the other two times we really enjoyed the apartment! Close to the amusement parks, great restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed including products you might’ve forgot or even snacks to enjoy. We truly do find this apartment comfortable and peaceful, we can’t wait to come again soon!

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Jared's place! It looked exactly like the photos, very clean, and included all the basics needs (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods). The location was ideal, as our main goal was Legoland but we wanted to explore Orlando's attractions as well. It's also the perfect location for Disney travelers, though we didn't go there on this trip. Jared was an excellent host! Proactive and prompt in communication and appreciative of feedback. When asking my son what I should include he shared, "I had a huge, comfy bed all to myself!" (Referencing the sofa bed.) I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend it to anyone who asks!

I had a wonderful stay in Clermont! I stayed here for a little solo getaway and it was exactly what I needed. Super peaceful, quiet, and the view was honestly so pretty. Everything was clean and comfy, and I just felt really relaxed the whole time. It was the perfect spot to take a breather. I would totally come back again!

We found Deborah and Larry’s place to be very adequate and super clean. The beds were comfortable. We especially appreciated the extra touches; tea, coffee and the super clean towels and linens. The kitchen was great and it saved us money to eat in, since we were on a strict budget. There are also nice restaurants in downtown Brooksville; The Bistro was excellent and great pizza and breakfast at Luigi’s. We hope to come back as we continue to work nearby during the week.

Really enjoying the place. Very nice and homey. The place was very accommodating and more. Provided more than the normal Airbnb. My parents & I had a great time.

Corey is a great communicator and was extremely flexible in working with me. I will be recommending this place to my colleagues for lodging at our next conference in 2026.

Maria and Andy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. This is the second AirBNB I've stayed in recently that they've ran and its been a smooth process in working with them. The AirBNB is well maintaned, the location is bueatiful and its proximity to local amenties makes it a great place to stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Hello, I stated here with my husband and three children we loved this apartment from the moment we walked in super clean very modern we just loved it very much, Rafaela was also very responsive and answered all questions! Would stay here again!

Fantastic and Wonderful! This place has by far been the best!

The property was well maintained. While it was some distance from town, it was helpful to have GPS for directions. The house was comfortably appointed and nicely decorated. It was well equipped with all necessities. The stacking washer and dryer was particularly useful and easy to use. The spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom, however, could be a challenge for some folks. All in all, a good property, attentive host, and a good stay.

Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was excellent and exactly like the photos and descriptions. Everything was nice and clean. Soon as me and my family walked in it smelt fresh and felt right at home. Perfect vacation spot for me and my family and we enjoyed every min of it. We loved our stay at Nicoleta's! Everything was very clean and exactly as described. The view was beautiful and truly the cherry on top of a perfect stay! We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area!
