Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich das große Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Kachelofen, großem Lounge- und dem Essbereich. Ebenso findest du hier die große Küche und eines der beiden Bäder mit Dusche, Waschbecken, Toilette und Pissoir.
