Our B&B is located on the top floor of our house on the outskirts of the village of Boskamp in the municipality of Olst. You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

B&B De Boomgaard is located near the village of Heerde, between the IJssel Valley and Veluwe forests, on the A50 between Apeldoorn and Zwolle. The detached cottage is over 40 m2 and furnished for 2 people, equipped with all the comforts such as underfloor heating with a pellet stove, Wi-Fi, smart TV, combi microwave/oven, fridge with freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker. For hikers, there are two bicycles available to cycle to the village.
